The Rock’s career has come a long way since he did bad comedies and blockbuster action movies. So much so that he is getting Oscar buzz for his role in The Smashing Machine.

In honor of all the talk about the movie, A24 released a new trailer showing why everyone who has seen it is talking about his performance as legendary mixed martial arts & UFC fighter Mark Kerr.

The Smashing Machine enters the ring on October 3rd.
