February 24th, 2023 under Starz!

It has been 12 years since we last saw the crew of Party Down, and they are finally back with a new season on Starz and the Starz app today.

Ron (Ken Marino) is still running the catering service and is about to buy it. Before he does, he just has to do one more party.

This is no ordinary party; it is for former waiter Kyle (Ryan Hansen). He finally made it, and he hired Party Down to cater it. Not only that, he invites the old gang, so it becomes a reunion.

Roman (Martin Starr) is still working as a bartender, but he has a Sci-Fi vlog that people read.

Henry (Adam Scott) is married, but not to Casey. He is no longer an actor. Instead, he works as a high school teacher.

Constance (Jane Lynch) is still Constance, and she is ready to mentor anyone who needs it.

Last but not least. Lydia’s (Megan Mullally) daughter finally made it, but she still wants more for her.

Tonight’s episode is giving us an update on everyone and getting us ready for the next five episodes.

Kyle’s party happened right before COVID, and next week it picks up after the pandemic ended, and people want to celebrate again.

And they will celebrate Jack’s (James Marsden) 45th birthday! But don’t tell anyone because his wife (Jennifer Garner) is throwing him a surprise party. And boy, will there be a surprise.

Not as much as the following week, where they cater a party for a bunch of Nazis. Money is money, right?

Then it is time for a radio promotion, and the winners of it are going to see Sting. There is a lot of Sting bashing in this episode, and I love it. Oh, and did I mention everyone from Party Down does special mushrooms?

The final episode before the season finale has Lydia throwing her daughter the prom she never had. And it will be a memorable evening for everyone.

Since they are so busy, Ron has two new employees. They are TikTok influencer Sackson (Tyrel Jackson Williams) and Chef Lucy (ZoĆ« Chao), who wants people to experience her food. And let’s just say it is an experience you will never forget.

And there you have it. The gang is back together, and these episodes are more enjoyable than the first time around. Since they have nothing to lose, they throw everything at the wall and don’t care if it sticks.

So get ready to laugh with a show that everyone who watched it loved. Just not enough of us did, which is why it was cancelled after two seasons. So, let’s tune in, so we can let Starz know they did something right.
