I don’t know about you, but I feel like we have been hearing about the Neighborhood spinoff starring Tracy Morgan for ages. So much so that I forgot it was happening. But it is, and today we got to see a trailer for the comedy.
The sitcom centers on its titular character Francois “Frank” Crutchfield (Morgan), who goes by “Crutch,” a brash, yet beloved Harlem shop owner whose world is turned upside down when his highbrow son (Jermaine Fowler) and free-spirited daughter (Adrianna Mitchell) along with her children (Finn Maloney and Braxton Paul) move back into the family home.
Crutch debuts November 3rd on Paramount+.
That is not the only place where you will see Crutch on that day. He will guest on The Neighborhood on CBS. Calvin (Cedric The Entertainer) reaches out to his cousin Crutch (Tracy Morgan) to get Malcolm (Sheaun McKinney) a sweet deal on a new floor. However, Crutch insists on coming to L.A. to oversee the work himself, where he drives Tina (Tichina Arnold) crazy — and reveals an emotional vulnerability.
