At 12:12 am, Taylor Swift announced that she is releasing her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl. At 12:57 am, Ryan Reynolds posted the above photo of an Anarchy A over the Avengers A with no comment.
So you have to wonder if the husband of the singer’s reportedly ex-best friend, Blake Lively, was trying to take the spotlight away from TayTay.
No one else from the Marvel Universe posted anything like that. So, why only him? And why at that time in the morning on the East Coast? To me, it feels like he wanted to take the attention away from Swift. Was it a form of petty revenge for supposedly breaking up with his wife over the It Ends With Us lawsuit in which Swift was named in? What do you think he was trying to do? Am I reading too much into something that isn’t there? I could be wrong. But doesn’t it seem like that?
Also, what do you think that image is all about? I am not a superhero girl, so I don’t know what it means. I asked my friends who are, and they didn’t know either. So I need your help!
And do we really care now that James Gunn has proven that the DC Universe is back, thanks to the success of Superman? I think Disney will have to reinvent the X-Men and Avengers characters if they want to compete because we are ushering in a whole new type of Superhero movies, which have over-saturated the box office.
