William Shatner and his fourth wife, Elizabeth, are getting divorce after 18 years of marriage according to TMZ. Although, they techinically did not make it to 18. That is because he lists the date of separation as February 1st and their anniversary 18th anniversary was 12 days after that.
No word what went wrong, but I am sure we will find out soon enough. Until then, ladies, he is single! The best part, due to the prenup, he does not have to pay her spousal support. However, the two are working on financial settlement. Once that is done, then their divorce will be settled.
William Shatner knows a lot of things, but there might some things he thinks he knows but he does not know. For example, he said this about the above photo, “Trying to give a little construction advice and feedback and some guys get soooo touchy…🙄 @mrsilverscott @mrdrewscott #divos 😘😝”
I guess the Property Brothers really did not like what he said because they tied him up with a rubber hose. Since it is a construction site, they can just leave him there and no one would find him for days, maybe longer. Although, I am sure they could ask for some ransom money and one of the many Trekkies would pay for it?
I wonder what show they are working on together. We know he is not one of the Brady Bunch, so it cannot be that renovation show. Or could it be?
Even though Christmas is still 118 days away, that is not stopping William Shatner from announcing that he has an album coming out just for the holiday. It is his first one dedicated to the season and he is calling it Shatner Claus, appropriately enough.
The CD will feature several holiday classic duets with celebrities like Iggy Pop and Brad Paisley. There is also an original tune on it called One for You, One for Me.
I predict this December we will all be singing his unique take on the Christmas Carols we know all so well like Feliz Navidad. Thankfully, the record is coming out on October 26th, so we have plenty of time to learn all the tracks by the New Year.

For almost 50 years, William Shatner has one of the most sought-after signatures, but it is not easy to get your hands on one. That is because the actor notoriously does not sign them in public.
Yesterday, he revealed on Twitter, why he does not do it. He explained, “Anytime I’m out in public I’m doing something- going to a meeting, taking my grandchildren to the park, having a meal, traveling to a meeting or an event, etc… I value my personal time above all else. That’s why I go to conventions & come here- to make myself accessible.”
Then as more fans asked him about it, he added, “I sign autographs constantly for charities and other organizations. I’m just not going to take autograph or photo requests in public because one leads to fifty which leads to hundreds which I don’t have time for.”
When he puts it like that, it makes sense. It would be nice to get that photograph with him or his autograph, but it would suck for him to spend a lot of his personal time doing that. Especially, since he does make himself available at conventions and such. He definitely does a lot of fan events throughout the year, so you can understand why he just wants some time to be by himself.
Before William Shatner was a Sargent on TJ Hooker, he was a crook in The Butler’s Night Off. He hasn’t aged a day since he made his acting debut at 19 in that 1951 movie.
