TMZ is reporting that the nude photos of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are tame compared to some of the other pictures that are out there of the them in several compromising positions…wink wink. The two hired the don't mess with Hollywood lawyer Martin Singer to stop those sex pictures from getting out there in the mags and on the net. Singer told TMZ "The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos." TMZ called about the photos and the agency said they are not available for sale. Darn because I kind of wanted to see them, didn't you.

Nick Lachey has found love again with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo, nearly a year after separating from ex-wife Jessica Simpson. The What’s Left Of Me singer announced his feelings for the MTV presenter at a concert in Las Vegas, Nevada on 11 November. After the 33-year-old stripped down to just a tank top, he announced to the screaming crowd, "Damn it, Las Vegas, I fell in love again!" The couple have been dating for seven months and celebrated their shared birthday (which was two days earlier) after the concert. A source tells American publication Us Weekly that Minnillo commissioned a portrait of four generations of Lachey men: an infant Lachey, his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. The source adds, "It’s based on one of Nick’s favourite family pictures."
