I have been living off my Amazon Fire Stick for months now, so I never watch live television anymore. Because of that, I missed that Drew Carey suddenly has a beard.

Did you know this? What do you think? I think he looks like Santa Claus. If you think about it, that is what he is to the contestants on The Price Is Right. He gives them cars, trips, and a year’s worth of Rice-a-Roni.

The Nanny reunited with her mom
October 16th, 2020 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 1993, Renee Taylor was hired to play Fran Drescher’s mom on a little show called The Nanny. Now, 17 years later, the two women are still friends. So much so, they broke challah yesterday and ate Drescher’s “delicious” homemade beef barley soup.

My theory shows do well in syndication if their casts actually get along. That is why 21 years after their sitcom ended its run; it is still airing in repeats.

Dunkin’ is ghosting us
October 14th, 2020 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

Dunkin’ Donuts has a new flavored donut, and it is hot. As in literally. That is because the Spicy Ghost Pepper donut’s strawberry-flavored frosting has cayenne and ghost pepper mixed in. Whose tongue doesn’t love sweet & spicy? It is how most of my exes describe me. No, they don’t, but I wish they did.

Now, I am depressed. What will make me happy? Dunkin’s new donut. I am salivating over the thought of the warm taste of strawberry mixed with some heat from the hottest known pepper. Yummy.

I am so excited over this, the only thing that will cool me down is if I get caught in the web of their Spider Donut. The hole of the donut is filled with a donut hole, and the 8 eight legs are made of chocolate frosting.

The spicy addition is available from now until December.

The Lincoln Project gives Donald Trump his Covita
October 7th, 2020 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

On Monday night, Donald Trump returned to the White House after his brief stint at Walter Reed Medical Center for COVID-19, and he waved to the press below him from the balcony. A lot of people, including Patti LuPone, thought it reminded them of the scene from the Evita when Eva Peron sings Don’t Cry for Me Argentina from her balcony.

They were not the only ones. The Lincoln Project thought the same thing. Therefore, they rewrote that song for Trump. Now it is Don’t Cry For Me White House Staffers.

Who knew that Tim Rice’s lyrics from the ’70s about the First Lady of Argentina would work so well, with a few changes, for a president of the United States almost 60 years after her death? But they do.

While Trump might not want us to cry for him, I am crying for the United States every day he is still in office.
