It is Movember, so that means it is time for the anchors on Today to get their prostates and testicles checked to make sure they do no not have cancer. Because nothing says good morning like watching Matt Lauer, Al Roker, Carson Daly and Craig Melvin get a finger stuck up their butts! In order to get us excited about the annual event, NBC released the above PSA. And that made me want stick my fingers somewhere else. I do not know what that means either. And that joke was as bad as that video that went on and on for one joke that barely went over.
Butt in all seriousness, men get tested for prostate cancer. My dad had it and beat it. Like they say it is 99% curable if it is caught early. Don’t screw around with your health! Just screw around with Today for coming up with this commercial.

Sheinelle Jones tried the one chip challenge this morning on Today and she totally regretted it. Even though she asked for it. She took one little bite and could not stop feeling the firecrackers going off in her mouth for several minutes.
Now, you know I am a sadist, so you would think that would be my favorite part of this liveshot. It is not. You just have to see how Dave Price handled it. He is my new hero!!!

Every year, the anchors of Today dress up for Halloween and this year they went as some of Country Music’s biggest stars! Carson Daly showed off his Achy Breaky Heart as and with Billy Ray Cyrus. I wonder if Al Roker got a contact high dressed as Willie Nelson, braided pig tails and all. Megyn Kelly felt like woman looking like Shania Twain. Blake Shelton was seeing double in Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford was the judge of her co-anchor. That’s right the latter was ready for a Party in the USA as Miley Cyrus. Finally, it was time for the King and Queen of Country to do Islands in the Stream. The curtain came down for Matt Lauer as Dolly Parton and Savannah Guthrie as Kenny Rogers.
And with all of that, can someone explain why no went as Reba McIntyre? If you are going to have her host the hoe down, then there has to be some ho at Today who is down to play her!

The morning news team at KWGN in Denver, Colorado tried the Paqui Chip, which claims to be the hottest chip in the world. Natalie Tysdal felt the heat, so she decided to down some coffee to cool her mouth. Huge mistake because what goes down, must come up and up it came on live television. Luckily for the viewers, she barfed behind the desk and they didn’t see her do it. But her co-anchors smelled it.
After the newscast was over, the news anchor took to Facebook to explain what happened. She said, “So, what really happened on TV this morning with the ‘one chip challenge?’ I thought I was okay until I had a drink of my coffee to wash down the chip. I threw up, couldn’t breathe and felt like fire was coming out of my mouth, nose and ears. I had a bottle of water, a glass of milk, a tablespoon of honey and 3 mints and still felt on fire. An hour later I had chills and a massive headache. Three hours have gone by and I feel like I was beat up in a dark alley. Oh, and did I mention I shared the chip with my producer Scott Elliott? CRAZY! I wouldn’t recommend it.”
Even though she would not recommend it, who else besides me wants to try it. Although I will just skip the coffee afterwards.

Paula Abdul was in Philadelphia this weekend for a Wigs & Wishes charity event and she promoted it on Fox 29. While she was doing their morning news yesterday, they asked her do the weather. Something she found almost as hard to do as dealing with Simon Cowell on American Idol. Instead of just sitting there or in this case standing, she did what she does best and danced! You know, I could see her totally having a career as a Dancing Weathergirl. I would watch, even though we do not have weather here in Los Angeles. Who needs Al Roker or Sam Champion when we could have the Dancing Weathergirl?
