Did TV Land cancel Kirstie? |

Kirstie Alley returned to television late last year with Cheers co-star Rhea Perlman and Seinfeld actor Michael Richards, and TV Land has yet to say whether the show was picked up or cancelled. Well today, Perlman’s husband, Danny DeVito Tweeted, “Come on they canceled Kirstie! Fools!” Which kind of explains Alley‘s Tweet from earlier in the day, “The first thing to do after you’ve been knocked down is to get up… ALWAYS remember to get up. It’s the only way you can begin anew..:)” TV Land has yet comment either way as of now.
But I wouldn’t blame them if they did because the show was too much and too little at the same time. I tried to like it, but there wasn’t anything there to like about it. Although Perlman was great in her role, but then again what isn’t she good in?

Hot in Cleveland has a message for LeBron James |

Back when Hot in Cleveland first started out, LeBron James was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers. But before the TV Land sitcom’s season ended, so did his reign with the team. That’s cause he left them to play for the Miami Heat because they offered him mo money mo money mo money. Well, the Forward became a joke on the show for abandoning his old team for dinero.
Fast forward to today, because the city of Cleveland got some good news. King James is coming home and they are welcoming him back with open arms. So much so, Hot in Cleveland made a little thank you video for him.
How the show will handle his return is yet to be seen, but I am sure they will find a way.
When it comes to how I feel about his return to Cleveland, I wouldn’t be so welcoming. He left them in a lurch and I think they should do the same to him. I am not a basketball fan and I have no ties to Cleveland (besides watching the TV Land show), and even I was pissed what he did to them. Now, it could be because I do have ties to Miami, but I think his whole situation is messed up. But I am Aries and we hold grudges. So I don’t forget when someone screws me over.
Oh well, here’s to hoping the Heat have another winning year, without him.

If you have been to a taping of Hot In Cleveland, then you know the best part of it is when the actresses flub their lines. Well, everyone but Betty White, because she is so perfect she never messed up any of her lines at any of the tapings I attended.
Anyways, Rob Schneider is guest on the TV Land sitcom tonight at 10p, and he came up with a way to get the cast to get their lines right. He told them, “I will make love to the next person who makes a mistake.” Then Valerie Bertinelli made a mistake; and even though she pleaded that she didn’t, he still gave her a lap dance. Then it was Wendie Malick turn’s and finally Jane Leeves got a chance to experience his sexy moves. Once again, Betty White remained perfect, and she missed out on the chance of having Schneider show her all the things he learned from making those Deuce Bigalow movies. Although in a way, she was the luckiest women in the room for not getting that opportunity!
I love that TV Land shares the bloopers from this show because it shows that they have as much fun making it as we do watching it. Seriously, doesn’t their set look like a real hoot to work on?

Jennifer Falls debuts on TVLand tonight at 10:30p and you don’t want to miss this funny comedy’s debut.
Jennifer Doyle (Jaime Pressly) has a job that pays $250,000 a year, and she has it all because she spends it all. But then one day when she gets fired for losing her temper all the time, and she loses it all. Well, actually it took her three months to do that. So now that she has nothing, her daughter (Dylan Gelula) and her have to move in with her mom (Jessica Walter) because no one will hire her. Moving back in with her mom is the worst thing that could happen to her, so now she will take any job so that she can live on her own again. Even working at her brother’s (Ethan Suplee) bar with his anal retentive bitchy wife (Nora Kirkpatrick).
How will she make this new life of hers work? We will just have to tune in week to find out.

All Valerie Bertinelli had to say on Hot In Cleveland was, “Oh my Gd! There’s something in the toe. It’s a note.” For some reason she couldn’t get that line out the way she wanted, so she had to do it over and over again. As she tried it again and again, her castmates found different ways to mess it up and they would have to redo the line. Then after the 7th, yes 7th, attempt Betty White did something that had everyone absolutely in hysterics.
Why couldn’t something like this have happened during the live episode last week. Now even though it didn’t happen then, it is still great that TV Land shares these bloopers for us to enjoy and boy did I enjoy them struggling through a scene. So much so, I still can’t stop laughing.
Seriously, can Valerie Bertinelli be any cuter? And she never ages. She looks just like she did when she was on One Day at a Time over 30 years ago.
