Over the weekend, there were rumors that King Charles III, who is battling cancer, had passed away on St. Patrick’s Day.
Yesterday, Buckingham Palace said that he was alive.
And today, they shared a photo of him meeting with “veterans of the Korean War at Buckingham Palace to mark 70 years since the signing of the armistice which ended the conflict.”
The King is looking well and very much alive. Hopefully, he will stay that way for a long time. Gd save the King.
Yesterday, Kensington Palace released a photo of Kate Middleton with her three children for Mother’s Day. It was the first time we saw her clearly since Christmas and her planned abdominal surgery in January.
However, eagle-eyed people noticed that there were a lot of strange edits on the photo, so several news agencies pulled it from publication.
So, today, Princess Kate issued an apology. “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” she said in the statement. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C”
A source told Daily Mail’s Rebecca English, “…this was ‘an amateur, family photograph taken by the Prince of Wales’ because the couple wanted to offer an ‘informal’ picture of the family together. The Princess made ‘minor adjustments’.
‘The Wales family spent Mother’s Day together and had a wonderful day’”
Do you believe it was her failure, or do you think there is a lot more to the story?
Today is Mother’s Day in The UK, and Kensington Palace shared a photo of Kate Middleton with her three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
This is the first time we have seen Princess Kate clearly since Christmas and her abdominal surgery in January.
Along with the picture, which was taken by Prince William, they shared this message from the future Queen: “Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months.”
The Palace has maintained that the Princess will resume her duties after Easter, which is three weeks away from today. Hopefully, the conspiracy theorist will leave her alone until then.
Two weeks ago, King Charles III revealed that he is battling cancer, and the World has reached out to support him during this difficult time.
Since his announcement, he has not had any public events. But today, he met with UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at Buckingham Palace, and the two talked about the support he has been getting.
“I’ve had so many wonderful messages and cards,” The King said to him. “It’s reduced me to tears most of the time.”
The King added that it is nice to hear that there has been more interest in cancer charities since he revealed his diagnosis. Before he found out he had cancer, he had been a patron of several charities that focused on the disease.
By him revealing that he has cancer, he might’ve saved many people’s lives. That would not be a bad legacy to have. Besides being King of England, of course!
Today, was a good day at Clarence House because Queen Camilla welcomed some heroes to her home. She honored the Medical Detection Dogs, whose noses can sniff out diseases like cancer, Parkinson’s, Type 1 diabetes, POTS, and COVID-19. The charity is celebrating 15 years of service.
Her Majesty enjoyed having the arfdorable puppies over, and they loved meeting her!
Seeing how good she is with the pooches makes me wonder why the Royal Family doesn’t have more of them.
