That ’90s Show will be making us laugh for another season
February 3rd, 2023 under Netflix, That '70s Show. [ Comments: none ]

That ’90s Show was one of the most anticipated comedies to ever debut on Netflix. Therefore, it makes sense that they wasted no time giving the sequel to That ’70s Show a second season with 16 episodes. That and since its debut on January 19th, it has already been viewed for 41 million hours. I know; I contributed to that viewing total.

“All of us at That ‘90s Show were beyond excited by the warm, enthusiastic response to our first season. We can’t wait to return to Point Place for another summer of laughs and surprises. Hello 1996!” said Gregg Mettler, Co-Creator/Showrunner/Executive Producer.

If you haven’t seen it, light a doobie and binge it this weekend. I promise you will love it as much as everyone who has seen it.

When Netflix shared the teaser for That ’90s Show, they only included the adults from the original series. However, in the trailer that they released today, we are getting to see Eric, Donna, Kelso, Jackie, and Fez in their 30s.

Even though the five of them are only in a little bit of the sequel, it is still lovely to see them.

And since it is not about them, I am also looking forward to seeing the next generation get high in the Forman basement starting on January 19th, mostly because it looks like it is going to be as much fun as the original.

Oh, and did you figure out which one is Kelson and Jackie’s kid? Spoiler alert!

It feels like it was the ’70s when Netflix announced they are doing a sequel to That ’70s Show.

Well, today they finally announced, after two decades (technically a year), when That ’90s Show is going to stream. So grab your calendars because you are going to want to write down this date. Oh yeah, it is 2022, you want to input January 19th into your iCalendars.

This way, you have enough time to stock up the pot, so you can Netflix & Bake as the series is meant to be viewed. Although it looks so high-larious, you might not need the marijuana to enjoy the show.

And you better watch because you don’t want to piss off Red. If you do, Kitty will not give you any brownies to go with your munchies. And you know you need them.

Oh, and can we discuss how Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp haven’t aged a day in 16 years? What’s up with that?

Mila Kunis shares a spoiler about That ’90s Show
September 30th, 2022 under Mila Kunis, That '70s Show, Topher Grace. [ Comments: 10 ]

The cast of That ’70s Show is reuniting on the Netflix sequel, That ’90s Show. If you are going to bring Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Wilmer Valderrama, and Laura Prepon together again, then you would think they would be in the whole episode. They are not.

Kunis told Hoda Kotb on Today that they only shot a scene for it. And let’s be real, that is not enough. But that is all we are going to get.

That is not all we are getting. We are going to see real life married couple, Kutcher and Kunis, play one in that scene.

But didn’t Jackie wind up with Fez? She did. However, the writers felt that was confusing, so they will explain how she wound up with Kelso 2 decades later. And now I am confused? And hoping that Fex found love with someone else. Because middle-aged, single Fez is a scary image.

Can Wilmer Valderrama remember his Fez voice?
July 20th, 2022 under That '70s Show. [ Comments: none ]

It has been 16 years since That ’70s Show ended its run. Netflix loved the show so much that they are bringing it back as That ’90s Show with Red and Kitty. Not only will the parents be part of the series but the basement gang will be making a guest appearance on the sitcom.

Today, was the table read for their episode and Wilmer Valderrama is pondering something. “To whom it may concern…,” the actor wrote, “Now if I could just remember the accent..”

I am sure it will be like riding a bike. If not, we will be laughing with him as he tries to refind it.
