Taylor Swift was performing in Chicago the other night, and she got a mouthful. However, it was not the mouthful she wanted because she swallowed a bug.
The singer stopped the show, and then she explained to the audience why she did. Then she asked the crowd, “Is there any chance none of you saw that?”
But they did. So Swift promised not to do it again, even though she felt that it would happen because there were a thousand bugs swarming the show.
Who knew bugs were Swifties? But who isn’t? Matt Healy is not anymore because TMZ says they broke up.
So I guess you can say the bug was not the only one who got the kiss of death from Taylor this weekend.
Tickets went on presale yesterday for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and it was a nightmare because people couldn’t get through on the Ticketmaster site, which crashed. So when someone finally got tickets, they did a happy dance just like Lauren-Taylor Carrillo’s dad.
I hope the singer sees this and gives them a meet and greet because the Eric Stonestreet lookalike earned it!

On that note, Swift announced that her next album, Midnights, is coming out on October 21st. She explained why she gave it that title, “We lie awake in love and in fear, in turmoil and in tears. We stare at walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our self-made cages and pray that we aren’t-right this minute – about to make some fateful life-altering mistake.

“Midnights, the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life, will be out October 21. Meet me at midnight.”
Will this be the album of the year? We will find out soon enough, but I think she will share the title with Harry Styles and Lizzo.
