WIN EMMA'S HOSPITAL CAST
 Following our previous fun giveaways of Mel B’s eyelashes and Melanie C’s socks, thespicegirls.com can now exclusively offer the chance to win Emma’s signed hospital cast (shown below), which was applied by medics to Emma’s sprained ankle following her tumble on stage in Las Vegas.
How cool is it that even during her painful visit to the ER, Emma found time to take a photo for thespicegirls.com? We’re pleased to report that Emma is now making a full recovery from her sprain and cannot wait to get back on stage at The O2 Arena on 2 January.

Baby Spice sprained her ankle during the Vegas performance on Tuesday according to the Spice Girls' blog.
"Last night I had a tumble on stage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I am hobbling around on crutches!" she told thespicegirls.com. "I'm sure to make a speedy recovery and see you all at The O2."
Maybe it is just me but if I had a sprained ankle and was planning on performing dance numbers in a few days, I would not be wearing heels like that. Either way hopefully she will get better soon.

The Spice Girls looks great together again at the Victoria Secret's Fashion Show that will air on CBS on December 4th.
What I thought was interesting about the pictures is that Mel B's eyes were closed in all of them and Victoria Beckham looks kind of nervous performing. What do you think explains those two things?

Daily Mail is reporting that Mel B celebrated her triple 10s on Dancing with the Stars by going on a love vacation to Toronto with her husband. I am not sure if her dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be joining them, but there are 4 girls who are in LA that will not. She was suppose to start rehearsing with them, but instead decided to take a break from LA which obviously is not making the 4 other Spice Girls very happy. If Maksim isn't joining her, I wonder if that means she will spend even less time rehearsing for the show then she did last week which was a whole 6 hours. The rest of the celebs on DWTS are spending 6 hours a day rehearsing and she did that in a week and got a perfect 30. I hope that the Judges score her low for lack of rehearsing like they did last year to other celebs who did the same thing. Because my theory is, is that her first low scoring week she will be out because she doesn't have the popular vote.
