Simon Cowell was taken from his London home early this morning to the hospital in a stretcher with a neck brace on. According to The Sun, he could not sleep, so he went to get some warm milk downstairs. As he was going down the stairs, it is believed he fainted, and he fell down them. When he was discovered, he was rushed to the hospital where he is undergoing tests. It is believed he is in stable condition.
Hopefully he will be OK and back to being the King of Mean that we all love as soon as possible.
UPDATE: Simon Cowell is home after being diagnosed with concussion. Due to the injury, he is unsure if he will be able to appear on tomorrow’s live X Factor according to Daily Mail.
Last week, Simon Cowell made a bad joke about Mel B’s wedding night, so she threw her drink in his face and walked off the America’s Got Talent set. Well, I guess she is still holding some resentment towards her boss because she stabbed him multiple times yesterday on the Variety show.
Before you think, why wasn’t his murder reported by all the press? That is because he is not dead nor did he shed any blood. So what happened? Mind reader Colin Cloud staged a 7-minute mind f*ck to solve the King of Mean’s murder. And you cannot solve a crime without one, so they staged one.
Now getting from point A to point B is beyond fascinating to watch. I came to see Cowell get stabbed, but stayed for the amazement of it all. Be prepared to be blown away. So much so, you are going to think he has to win it all! It would be a disgrace if he doesn’t bring home to the $1 million prize.
Yesterday on America’s Got Talent, Simon Cowell made a joke that Mel B did not like. So much so, she threw her drink in his face and walked off the stage with Heidi Klum.
What did he say that infuriated her so much? During one of the performances, something went wrong and host Tyra Banks wanted to know how the King of Mean felt about it. He told her, “I reckon this would be like Mel B’s wedding night.” The audience gasped and laughed as Scary Spice’s mouth dropped to the floor. Then she grabbed her drink and threw her water at her boss before walking off on live TV with her co-judge Heidi Klum.
As she was walking off, he continued on with joke. He added, “A lot of anticipation, not much promise or delivery.” The joke hit her hard because in case you did not know, she in the middle of a nasty divorce with her ex.
Was the joke that bad? Not really. Therefore, when AP talked to her after the show, they wanted to know what was going through her mind at that moment. She told them, “I don’t know, he just said something annoying and I threw water on him. Simple as that.” Then when they asked why she walked away, she explained to them, “What else can you do. I am not going to sit there to listen to what else he got to say. Even though he is my boss, I’m the boss!” With that she walked away from the interview like she walked away from Cowell.
The morale of the story, don’t make any jokes about her marriage unless you want to pay the consequences.
Simon Cowell has earned the nickname King of Mean for a reason, he is mean. But ever since he became a dad to not only his son but also his pooches, he has gotten a little nicer. Yesterday on America’s Got Talent, he did a first for himself.
After Sara Carson and Hero the Super Collie did their act, neither Howie Mandel nor Mel B thought that they should move on the next round. When the dog trainer started to cry, not only did Cowell go up there to comfort her; he got Mandel to change his vote. That meant with the two men and Heidi Klum voting for Sara and Hero, they got to advance to the next round.
Just when you think you have seen it all in Reality Television, they still manage to surprise us. Whoever thought that Cowell would go that length that he did to save a contestant who was about to eliminated, but he did? I sure as heck thought it would be a cold day in hell before that would ever happen, but we had a warm Spring.
When it comes Sara and Hero’s routine? I thought it was OK but not as great as Simon thought it was. I like dog acts but I was not that wowed by this one. What did you think?

If Simon Cowell ever decides to retire, we won’t have to worry about his dynasty coming to an end. That is because his 3-year-old son is ready and able to take over his father’s reign.
Yesterday on America’s Got Talent, Prince Eric showed us that is more than willing to “press the scary button all day.” Which means that someday in the future, he will be known as the King of Mean just like is father is now, and it seems like he will be a supreme one at that. So to the future talent contestants of the World, it doesn’t look like you will be ever be able to avoid the Cowell Monarchy. Be good or be mocked!
