So remember the rumors that Katherine Heigl’s BFF TR Knight wanted off the show, well he might just get his wish. According to EW’s Michael Ausiello, he will have to wait until June to find out if he has a job…

Just as the season wraps up, George gets injured in the line of duty, leaving his fate up in the air for viewers — and even Knight himself. “T.R. doesn’t know whether George lives or dies,” explains a source close to the show. “And, as a result, he doesn’t know whether or not he has to come back next season.”
Ausiello also says that the show creator Shonda Rhimes will make Knight wait until the last possible moment to find out if he will be on the show next season because the two are rumored to have had a falling out after the whole Isaiah Washington incident. Personally I could care less if he is gone or stays because I can barely remember that he is on the show. Will you miss him if he is gone or are you like me and like whatever I didn’t even know he was still on the show in the first place?
First Katherine Heigl made a big stink about her contract and wanted out of it until she found out she signed on the dotted line for 7 years. Then she bashed on the writers of Grey’s Anatomy that wrote the words that earned her an Emmy she didn’t deserve. Now after all the whining about the show that made her a star and her character is near-death, she is telling AP she wants to stay on the show.
“I was assuming that at one point and I got a lot of shrugged shoulders and shakes of the head, so I don’t know if that’s a yes or a no. No one will tell me and I don’t know how this is going to go,” Heigl said, noting series creator Shonda Rhimes’ passion for plot secrecy.
“I don’t know if I live or die. I don’t know how Izzie fares,” said the actress, who’s played the character since the show debuted in 2005.
“I’m there” if Izzie remains part of “Grey’s Anatomy,” Heigl said. She called the set “one of my favorite places to be” and said her colleagues are also friends.
I really hope they don’t want her and kill her off the show.

On Friday, Heigl said she’s comfortable balancing movies and TV by working on big-screen projects during the summer hiatus for “Grey’s Anatomy.”
“I’m more than happy to make that compromise. As my agent likes to say, ‘High-class problems,'” Heigl said.
“I don’t know if I want to continue for five years working 12 months a year, but I can take at least another year or two,” she said.
Wow working 12 months a year is hard for her. I work 12 months a year and I have no choice. She does think she is better than us. Hopefully the residuals won’t be enough for her to survive on once her career finally comes to an end.
With all the injuries on Dancing with the Stars 8 it only seems logical that ABC would do a crossover with their #1 reality show and their #1 drama Grey’s Anatomy. In a way it is too bad that it happened on Jimmy Kimmel Live!…but in a way better it was done on JKL! because I don’t think they could have pulled all those things out of Steve-O’s a$$ on the real Grey’s Anatomy. Maybe it wasn’t his mic pack he landed on, but a slinky instead. I wonder how many of those things he really did stick up his bum, I saw Jackass I know they really do that sort of thing.

After months of denial from Grey’s Anatomy Shonda Rhines, she finally confirmed on the Grey’s Matter blog that Izzie Stevens is indeed dying!!!
Like the interns do, I’d like you to ask yourselves – if you were handed a death sentence today, couple of months to live, what’s the first thing you’d do? Personally, I wouldn’t waste any time. I’d immediately re-introduce trans fats into my diet and then hop a plane to one of those huts over the ocean in Bali where the floor is glass so you can experience all the marine life without actually having to get wet. But that’s me. Izzie’s clearly a better person. Just when she’s found her niche at SGH, teaching the interns, she gets slapped with cancer. Wear sunscreen. But instead of hightailing it to a Balinese paradise (seriously, those huts look COOL) she takes her devastating diagnosis and channels it into an educational – albeit macabre – game for her interns, who are sorely in need of some attention. Shonda’s had this Patient X thing in her head for a long, long time – and when she first pitched it out, I immediately loved it. And hated it. I still love and hate it. Because it’s so totally messed up and unfair. What Izzie’s doing, teaching the interns, is a selfless, meaningful endeavor that no one else, even Alex, will ever give her credit for. Everyone’s been busy clamoring for surgeries while Izzie’s quietly achieved the impossible – she’s turned the gaggle of morons we met in season 4 into doctors. And now she’s DYING. And no one gets her, and no one knows it, and it’s seriously UNFAIR. Wear sunscreen.
Now let’s see how much longer Katherine Heigl will be on the show for? Hopefully Izzie will die during the season finale and then after Emmy season we will be done Katherine Heigl and she go retire to has-been land and never to be heard of again until she decides to do a celebrity reality show.
Finally after months of horrible acting, bad writting and lies by the show’s creator we find out what is wrong with Dr Izzie Stevens aka Kathering Heigl on Grey’s Anatomy tonight on ABC at 10p and I hope that her cancer is terminal!!! That and I pray she doesn’t win another Emmy because of the cancer storyline. Those Emmy voters love that sh!t.
