Shemar Moore was on The Steve Harvey Show yesterday and a fan wanted to know how many packs does he abs have. Is it is a 6-pack, 8-pack or more? He did not know the answer off hand, so he lifted up his shirt to count. He did not reveal the number he got, but I stopped counting at one. I was too distracted to go any higher. Too bad his shirt didn’t go any higher than it did. If it did, I probably would not have even gotten to one.
Maybe he will be able to go topless on SWAT tonight at 10p on CBS. That is enough reason to watch that show.
Let’s be honest when you heard Harry Connick Jr reveal to us that Shemar Moore was going to show off his secret talent, you thought it was going to be something to do with his abs. We are wrong. His secret talent is that he can ride an unicycle.
For someone who hasn’t been on one in a decade, he did pretty well. Which the sadist in me is kind of upset about. Is that wrong I wanted to see him fall?

No, it is just the Criminal Mind enjoying some much needed R&R. Although, I would let him clean my pool, just don’t tell him I don’t have one.
Baby girls, if you thought you were upset that Shemar Moore left Criminal Minds, then you’ll be more devastated about something he just posted. The actor revealed in an Instagram video that he rock hard abs are soft. They are only perfect when someone yells action. Now that there is no one to do that means they are gone.

Tonight’s Criminal Minds was shocking, but for not for the reason your think. Derek Morgan decided to leave BAU. That’s right, Shemar Moore is leaving the procedural after 11 years and up until tonight’s episode no one knew he was departing.
The fan favorite told TV Line, he made the decision last year but Executive Producer Erica Messer convinced him to stay a little longer to give his character a proper exit. He was convinced they would kill him off, but Messer told him they weren’t going to do that. Instead Morgan came close to death, and when he survived he left to be with his wife and son.
Why did he leave? He told TV Line, he wants “to see what else I’m capable of.” What will he do with the extra time? He said he looks forward to walking his dogs, traveling and settling down like his character did. To his fans, don’t fret he plans to continue acting.
