Grimm goes out with one of the best series finales ever
March 31st, 2017 under Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

Remember how pissed off you were with the series finales for Seinfeld, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, Dexter, The Sopranos and many many more? Well, that is not the case for Grimm that ends it run tonight at 8p after six epic incredible seasons on NBC.

While most Sci Fi shows don’t know to mix the monster of the week with mythology smoothly, Grimm was able to mesh those plotlines perfectly. That is why it was so easy to be a fan of the show for all six seasons. It was a well done show with great writing, acting and fairy tales to watch play out. Plus, the Wesens were always scary looking, which is what is expected from a Horror show like this.

Now lets briefly talk about tonight’s final episode. Remember last week, when Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) were killed by the Skull Man and they were not able to be brought back to life with the healing stick? Remember how devastated you were? Well, that was just the beginning, the Skull Man is going to kill more of them. Who will survive? Will Adalind (Claire Coffee) survive? Will Renard (Sasha Roiz)? Will Eve (Bitsie Tulloch)? Will Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell)? Will Rosalee (Bree Turner)? Will Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni)? Will Nick (David Giuntoli)? Or will they all die?

Let’s just say it as epic as Angel’s series finale. Even more epic because unlike Angel, Grimm doesn’t leave us hanging. It will get a satisfying ending that fans of the show will appreciate and applaud all the way through. Well, maybe not when they watch X, Y and/or Z die.

Networks are letting shows have their final seasons, so you think why can’t they do them right. Right? Well, Grimm is one of the very few shows that does, so tune in for one last hurrah. I promise you will appreciate it as much as I do!

Thank you to everyone who worked on Grimm for six seasons of getting it right!

Things are very grimm on Grimm

Tonight at 8p, it is the second to last episode of Grimm on NBC, and this Sci Fi drama is going out with one of the best series finales in a real long time. While most shows go out with a whimper, this show will leave you whimpering. Especially since not everyone makes it to next week.

Before we get to that, let’s start from the beginning of the episode. Nick (David Giuntoli) and Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) are still stuck on the other side of the mirror and Diana knows how to get them out. Just as she about to do it, Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) realize if she does it something terrible will happen. In other words, they will not come back alone. That third person is pure evil and he will go one a killing spree, destroying everyone and everything in his path.

Now it is up to everyone to stop him before he succeeds with his real goal. He wants a childhood bride and he has picked Diana for that role. Something that Renard (Sasha Roiz) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) are not going to let him happen.

As her parents try to protect her, Nick, Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) go after this evil being. Eventually, he will meet up with one of the groups and no one is safe. He has a bigger stick than Nick and he knows how to use it. While Nick’s saves live, his takes it.

Make sure to record this episode because you going to re-watch a few scenes over to see if that really happened.

As ballsy as tonight’s episode is, and it is pretty ballsy, next week’s episode is even ballsier. Therefore, make sure to watch tonight’s episode and next week’s too. It shows Lost, How I Met You Mother and Seinfeld how its done.

Sean Hayes takes the gold, 24K to be exact!
February 1st, 2017 under Bruno Mars, Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

Sean Hayes and his husband, Scott Icenogle, did their own take of Bruno Mars’ Perm from 24K and it definitely deserves the gold because they brought the funk! As in Wild Cherry, but that reference is way dating me.
Back to Hayes and his hubby, the two of them created this video as an escape for all of us and I think it worked. So much so, I don’t know why they haven’t created a game show where actors create their own music videos to their favorite songs!

Will & Grace is coming back!
January 18th, 2017 under Debra Messing, NBC, Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

After months of speculation that Will & Grace was coming back for another season, NBC finally made it official today. That’s right Will & Grace & Jack & Karen aka Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullaly will all be back next season for 10 episodes 11 years after it went off the air. When Will it Grace our televisions again is yet to be determined but they are coming back so who cares when. Unless they do a Coach. Remember that revival that didn’t happen?
What should NBC do next? I say in the era, they should bring back Family Ties with Alex P Keaton raising his teens who are die hard Democrats! How awesome would that be?
Back to Will & Grace Jennifer Salke, President of NBC Entertainment, explained how it happened, “We started talking with (Max) Mutchnick and (David) Kohan about producing new episodes right after they shot the secret reunion show back in September, and the fact that all four of the original stars were excited about getting back into production is a testament to the joyful experience they had doing nearly 200 episodes for eight seasons. Few things cut through the clutter these days, especially in comedy, and ‘Will and Grace’ is one of the best.”
Therefore casts of shows who want to come back, all you need to do is shoot a secret reunion and create a lot of buzz about it. C’mon Queer as Folk, let’s do this!!!

Grimm is back for its final chapter
January 6th, 2017 under Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p is Grimm’s final season premiere on NBC. If this episode is any hint what we can expect from the final episodes, they are going out with a spectacular bang.
Nick (David Giuntoli) and Renard (Sasha Roiz) are still in their epic battle and both will go to great lengths to kill the other one. Renard has the police force on his side while Nick has friends, who are in smaller numbers but they are more powerful. They are also smarter, and they will come up with a brilliant way to take down Renard. You will love what they do, but there will be consequences for Nick.
Who will win? We will have to tune every week to find out and you will want to tune in.
