Out of all the people I ever expected in my life to sing the Charles in Charge theme song, Bob Dylan was on the bottom of the list. That was until last night when I saw him actually sing it on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and you know what he nailed it. Only problem is because I was able to understand every word he was singing, I realized it wasn’t the Hurricane singer himself but the Fever Pitch belongs to the host himself. Either way, I loved it and I can’t wait for him to do a duet for the Joanie Loves Chachi theme with himself singing both parts or better yet he can sing it with Scott Baio aka Chachi aka Charles? He’s taking request right?
BTW not only does Fallon do a spot on Charlie Sheen, he also does a perfect Bob Dylan!!!
Sorry Scott Baio and Christopher Atkins did not really return to The Blue Lagoon, but instead the two 49 year olds went fishing together even though as Baio put it on Twitter, “We didn’t catch any fish this trip. Maybe next time.”. Both men look really awesome topless even though they are about to hit the half century mark. Chris could get right back into the loin cloth he wore as Richard Lestrange 30 years ago and Scott is looking just like he did when he played Chachi Arcola. On that note I wonder if The Fonz taught his little cousin to wake board like that? You know like in the famous Jump the Shark episode on Happy Days.
BTW Chistopher Atkins will be attending Scott Baio’s 50th Birthday Party/charity event for Bailey Baio Angel Foundation (the nonprofit he started with his wife Renee’) on September 26th at the Beverly Garland Hotel. Check out BBAF for tickets to the event so you can party with the two men and many other celebrities.
Scott Baio is a little over a month away from turning 50, but that didn’t stop AARP from sending him his membership card. So how did Chachi Arcola handle it? He Tweeted this with the picture of the envelope, “Hey @AARP is this supposed to be a F**KIN Joke???” In other words it doesn’t look like he took it so well…
What he is taking well is the party to celebrate Scott Baio’s 50th Birthday by raising money for the charity he started with his wife Renee’ called Bailey Baio Angel Foundation. On September 26th you are invited to celebrate his half century mark at the Beverly Garland in Studio City. There are different ticket packages for the event which sounds like it is going to be a lot of fun!!!
BTW does anyone else feel old because he is turning 50?
Scott Baio took his awwwdorable daughter Bailey to see Cinderella and he Tweeted this picture of the two of them with Sally Struthers who was playing the fairy Godmother. The 62 year old actress is looking great! She looks as good as she did when she was on All in the Family almost 40 years ago.
BTW how much fun is it to see Gloria Bunker and Chachi Arcola together like that?
Bill Zucker has created this hysterical video and song as an ode to Twitter and Facebook addictions. Out of all songs about Twitter this one is by far my favorite because it is so true. Well that and it features Scott Baio!
But back to song, I would’ve laughed harder if I didn’t see so much of myself in it. OK, I am off to Tweet about this and play some Mafia Wars on Facebook! Dang, I guess I didn’t learn anything from that song. Oh well, I will just Facebook status about it instead.
So if you liked Bill Zucker’s The Twitter Song as much as I did, ReTweet it and also follow @RealScottBaio, @LydiaCornell and me(@SeriouslyOMGWTF)!
