Mark-Paul Gosselaar is going under the knife today for shoulder surgery, and he went for a roll with a Mario Lopez beforehand. Not in the hay, but on a mat. The two Saved By the Bell actors took Jiu-Jitsu and spent an hour and a half rolling around the floor. When they were done, all I could think of is sweating to the oldies when I saw this photo! They don't look their age, but I am sure they are feeling it today.
In all seriousness, it is nice to see that they are still friends after thirty years. Can you believe it has been that long? Now you are feeling old too, right?
In 1989, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Mario Lopez starred in a little show called Saved By the Bell. Now 30, years later Zack has a new show called The Passage and he is promoting it tonight on Extra TV which is hosted by Slater. Bringing the TV BFFs together again.
While everyone is being all brave and doing the #10YearChallenge, these two Bayside High graduates are doing one that is three times that. What is scary is Lopez actually looks younger now than he did then. MPG only looks older because of the darker and beard. What do you think?

Back in the ’70s, the paparazzi didn’t follow celebrities around like they do today. Therefore, famous people could date and we would not even know about it.
Case in point, Andy Cohen asked Marie Osmond if it is true that she dated Erik Estrada when she was on Watch What Happens Live yesterday. The singer told him, “I dated a lot of people.” Then she added, “We just never talked about it.”
Now I want to know who else she dated. Actually, I don’t want to know, I need to know. I wonder if she kissed anyone from Kiss? Did she tell anyone from KC and the Sunshine Band that’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it? Did she ever choose between Starsky and Hutch? Or model Daisy Dukes for one of the Duke brothers? Was she the Bandit to Burt Reynolds’ Smokey? Made Wookie to Chewbacca? The possibilities are endless. And I could go on, but I will Kool it. Unless she dated one of the guys from that Gang…
Now let’s talk about the CHiPs star. Could you imagine if they got married and had kids? That baby would have the best smile just like their parents! Those two mouths would create the perfect one.

Saved By the Max held a Saved By the Bell reunion for the show’s 29th anniversary (feeling old now?) and several of our favorites were there. There was Max (Ed Alonzo), Johnny Dakota (Eddie Garcia), Lisa (Lark Voorhies), Tori (Leanna Creel), Ox (Troy Fromin), Mr. Belding (Dennis Haskins), Nerdstrom (Jeffrey Asch), Nurse Jennifer and show creator Peter Engel.
Seeing them all together like that at their favorite hangout, makes me wonder why they have not done a revival. Who doesn’t want to see the Bayside gang back together again? Especially since Max still has black hair-raising locks!
