Paramount+ is giving us a paranormal murder mystery that is full of teen angst. That is because Maddie (Peyton List) was murdered and is trapped in the high school where she died until she can figure out who killed her.
Luckily for Maddie, but unluckily for the other School Spirits, she is not the only student who is sentenced to detention in purgatory hell.
Will she be able to find her missing body? We will just have to tune in for the first three episodes on March 9th and the five following Thursdays to find out.
When I heard that Paramount+ was making a prequel to Grease called Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, I opted to ignore it.
However, today they released the trailer for the series, and I can’t wait for the show to premiere on April 6th.
The musical series takes place four years before the original Grease. In 1954, before Rock‘n’Roll ruled, and before the T-Birds were the coolest in the school, four fed-up outcasts (Marisa D’avila, Cheyenne Isabel Wells, Ari Notartomaso and Tricia Fukuhara) dare to have fun on their own terms, sparking a moral panic that will change Rydell High forever.
This is going to the Glee for a new generation! And it is just what we need.
Sylvester Stallone is doing something he hasn’t ever done before in his nearly 50-year career. He is going to star in a television series. And I am all for it after watching the above trailer.
TULSA KING follows New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Stallone) just after he is released from prison after 25 years and unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla. Realizing that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, Dwight slowly builds a “crew” from a group of unlikely characters, helping establish a new criminal empire in a place that to him might as well be another planet.
The series debuts November 13th on Paramount+ and will stream a new episode weekly.
Today is Star Trek Day, and Paramount+ has a present for you. They released a teaser for the third and final season of Picard.
In case you hadn’t heard, this season Sir Patrick Stewart will be joined by his old co-stars from Star Trek: The Next Generation, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner, Jeri Ryan, and Michelle Hurd.
In this preview, we are getting to see them together again. And I know that is making Trekkies all over the world happy.
It is a perfect sendoff for the legendary characters, and we can witness their final frontier starting on February 16th. I hope the fans can wait that long. Not that they have a choice, but still.
According to Will Smith, everybody hates Chris Rock. But, Paramount+ and Comedy Central still love him. Therefore, they will be doing an animated version of his 2005 sitcom called Everybody Still Hates Chris.
The comedian is still the narrator of his bioseriers, but it is unclear if any of the other cast will be reprising their roles. Terry Crews is hosting America’s Got Talent, Tichina Arnold stars in The Neighborhood, and Tyler James Williams can be seen on Abbott Elementary. So they are a little busy. However, I am sure they could make time to do some voice work for the beloved show.
In case you were wondering, Deadline. is reporting this series has been in development for a year and a half. Long before the slap that was heard around the world.
