Most likely not, she is just having some fun with a set of rubber boobs she picked up half off at a Halloween store. Although, there is not half off about those two.
Miley Cyrus is going to be 23 next month, so you’d think she would’ve stopped sucking her thumb like 20 years ago. Guess not because she shared a photo of herself doing just that yesterday.
But in her defense, it could be that very emotional interview she did on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon pushed her to do it. I guess it hit her like a wrecking ball!

The only positive thing I can say about it, is at least we don’t see her nipples. That’s it.
