Miranda Cosgrove is ready to meet the one, and Netflix is going to help her meet him.
Well, not exactly, the actress is starring in The Wrong Paris. She plays a young woman who joins a dating show thinking it’s in Paris, France, but it’s actually in Paris, Texas. She plots a way to get eliminated until her unexpected feelings for the bachelor (Pierson Fodé) complicate her plans.
The movie comes for Michael Damian and his wife, Janeen, and together they have brought several sweet Rom-Coms to Hallmark and Netflix, like A Princess for Christmas, Falling for Christmas, and Irish Wish, so I am looking forward to this.
Lindsay Lohan is back starring in another Michael Damian movie for Netflix, and Irish Wish is going to be our new St. Patrick’s Day annual tradition.
When the love of her life gets engaged to her best friend, Maddie puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. Days before the pair are set to marry, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, only to wake up as the bride-to-be. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely.
Lohan previously worked with Netflix and Damina in 2002’s Falling for Christmas.
Back in the ’90s, Michael Damian played the lead in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on Broadway, and Donny Osmond played the role on other stages and in a direct-to-video version of it. Unfortunately, we never saw the two Josephs together.
Well, that has changed. Because yesterday the Rock On singer showed his puppy love towards Osmond when he went to see his friend who was performing in Vegas at Harrah’s. And now I am going to have a wet dream.
I hope that someone shows this photo to Andrew Lloyd Webber, and the playwright is so inspired by it that he writes a musical about dueling Joseph in their Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoats. I know it wasn’t in the bible. But other people make up stuff from that book all the time.
When it comes to who is my favorite, Joseph, all I will say is I saw Damian do it twice on Broadway!
The Young and the Restless is celebrating its 50th year on television next month. To celebrate the milestone, they are bringing back five fan favorites.
They are Michael Damian as Danny Romalotti, Patty Weaver as Gina Roma, Barbara Crampton as Leanna Love, Tricia Cast as Nina Webster, and Veronica Webb as Mamie Johnson.
The actors’ return will lead up to the special episode, which is airing on the Soap Opera’s 50th birthday on March 26th. On that date, you “can expect big moments and a fun look back at Y&R’s rich history.” I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a few more guest surprises for us.
Who are you most excited to see come back to Genoa City?
Michael Damian used to spend a lot of time in front of the camera, but in recent years he has been working behind it with movies like Falling for Christmas with Lindsay Lohan, High Strung and its sequel, and A Princess for Christmas.
However, next month, he is going back to where he started. That’s right; he is going to reprise his role as Danny Romalotti on The Young and the Restless. According to Soap Opera Digest, he will appear in a few episodes starting on December 22nd.
While the magazine did not say what is bringing Danny home after almost ten years, the actor gave us a hint of who he will be working with, “Incredible excited to be returning to Genoa City working with all my amazing Y&R friends and family! @LauraleeB4real @TheRealStafford @Traceybregman @BethMaitlandDQB #michaelgraziadei”
Christmas is coming early for fans of the Daytime Drama.
