Ever wonder what Lost would be like if it were more like Baywatch, well wonder no more! OMG! How cool was it to see Lost as a happy show as compared to what it is now? I actually didn’t get a headache while watching that, in fact my head feels better just from viewing that!
I kind of wish Lost was more like Baywatch, is that wrong of me? Imagine if they had a crossover episode? What if Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff were on the plane too?
Jimmy Kimmel Live debuted the latest Secrets of Lost and in this one the show’s Executive Producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse explained what the smoke monster is. Now that I know what it is, it makes so much sense. Thankfully we are not on that island because it must smell like hell.
BTW Lost’s Michael Emerson aka Ben Linus was also on Jimmy and he made a reveal that made even the off-screen answers to questions hurt my head. His real life wife, Carrie Preston played his on-screen mom. Even that reveal made him go huh?

So one of the big scenes in the season premiere of the final season of Lost is when they recreated a scene from the pilot. So how well did the props team do recreating a scene 5 and a half years after it originally aired? Check out the side-by-side YouTube video to see what they got right and what they didn’t. I got that Jack’s hair was longer, but there were other things I missed. Some of the mistakes were intentional according to what Executive Producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof told Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday. While others like Matthew Fox f*cking up the timing on his lines might have been accidental?
BTW I love when Lost fans create videos like this!
So if you are like me and you are more Lost after watching the season premiere of the ABC show, then take two aspirins and watch as Jimmy Kimmel asks the Lost executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof questions about the show and see what answers they reveal to him. I say take some aspirin because when it comes to the last question I didn’t get that was where they were going with that. My poor head, what did it do to suffer through all the questions that this show asks and never seems to answer any?
There were some other interesting reveals during the interview that are not spoilerish like Shannon was not on the plane because Maggie Grace was not available to film the show. What is she doing now that is keeping her so busy? But the biggest reveal the two made is that the series finale is going to air on Sunday (yes Sunday) May 23rd!!! I am going to run to the Costco that Jimmy Kimmel and I go to and hope they refilled the aspirin supply since the last time I was there and cleaned out whatever they had to prepare for yesterday’s premiere. Seriously is anyone else more Lost after watching the season premiere?
Below are some Lost bits that appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, who ever thought you would hear a man say, “Let the shrinkage begin!”?
I have been stocking up on Aspirin at Costco just for tonight’s season premiere of the final season Lost on ABC starting at 9p. The cast and executive producers promised us at the TCAs that tonight’s episode is going to really good and it will leave us saying “holy sh!t” and “OMG!” a lot and I can’t wait to do that! What I can wait for is the massive headache that I will get from it. Hopefully because it is the last season they will be answering more questions than they have been asking, but knowing Lost they will ask even more questions when ever they answer a question.
Seriously who else is so freaking excited for Lost tonight?
BTW since there hasn’t been a lot of new video from this season of Lost, I decided to post that really old Top 10 from Letterman with Jorge Garcia. And for you newbies who want to find out why we are all obsessed with the show here are the first 5 seasons of Lost in 500 seconds!!!
