Drop Dead Diva is dead to me for hiring a diva named Kim Kardashian
January 26th, 2012 under Lifetime, The Kardashians. [ Comments: 1 ]

Drop Dead Diva has done plenty of stunt cast throughout it first three seasons, and up until now I have accepted the likes of Kathy Griffin, Brandy Norwood, LeAnn Rimes and Rosie O’Donnell appearing on the show. But today they announced that Kim Kardashian will be appearing on a few of this upcoming episodes and now the show is now dead to me. The show became even deader to me than Deb is when I read what she will be doing on the show. This how the press release described her role, “Kardashian will play Nikki, Fred’s (Ben Feldman) new love interest who partners with his ex Stacy (April Bowlby) in a new business venture.” Why why why? What did Fred do to deserve this? He is so much better than her.
I guess DDD’s creator Josh Berman thinks he is like Guardian Angel Fred because here is what he said about the casting, “This series is all about reinvention and I’m so excited to see Kim ‘reinvented’ in the world of Drop Dead Diva.” And I am reinventing what I watch on Lifetime.
And on that note, Lifetime can you have shows have a get together and stick Abby Lee Miller on Berman for dancing with Kim Kardashian? Please, please, please.
BTW I opted to use the video of Snoop Dogg talking about the ex-Mrs Kris Humphries because I am so sick of seeing her all over the place.

Drew Peterson: Untouchable but very watchable
January 21st, 2012 under Lifetime. [ Comments: none ]

We have all seen the news of coverage of Stacy Peterson who went missing and her husband Drew denying he had anything to do with. Well tonight at 8p on Lifetime in Drew Peterson: Untouchable we find out what happened before we knew their names. We see how the two met, how much in love they once were and what went wrong. By the end of the movie you will know more about what went on behind the headlines and you will feel for the family that to this day don’t know what happened to their sister, mom and friend.
Rob Lowe is scary as the man who had one wife die under mysterious circumstances and another wife who went missing and has never been seen or heard from again. Kaley Cuoco looks so much like Stacy Peterson, you will think that she might have been The Big Bang Theory star’s doppelganger. The acting is so real, you will think you are watching the news more than a movie of the week.
