Last month, we got the news that even though Kim Cattrall said she would never put on Samantha Jones’ stilettos again, she will do it one more time on this season of And Just Like That.
Tomorrow, the actress will be on Hoda & Jenna and will talk to them about what it was like filming her one scene. She told the co-anchors, “It felt like dipping my toe back in time and having a wonderful afternoon and then a great martini.”
With that, Bush wanted to know what we all want to know. Does it make her want to return to the show that was such a big part of her life?
Without hesitation, Cattrall put out her arm to say stop and said, “That is far as I am going to go.”
So is the star saying goodbye to Samantha during her scene? “I don’t think I will ever say goodbye to Samantha,” she said. “I get very emotionally attached and protective of my characters. She gave me so much, and I am appreciative of her.”
And we are appreciative of what Cattrall gave us as Samantha Jones. Who is hands down the best character to come from the series.
When it comes to if I think the show will be back for a third season. If the negative fan reaction is any hint, I doubt it.
Hoda Kotb was missing from the Today show for two weeks, and all they said is that she was dealing with “a family health matter.”
Today, the beloved anchor returned to the news program and revealed the scary health scare that plagued her family. “My youngest, Hope, was in the ICU for a few days and in the hospital for a little more than a week,” Hoda said. “I’m so grateful she’s home. She is back home. I was waiting for that day to come. And we are watching her closely. I’m just so happy.”
She did not say what was ailing her 3-year-old daughter. But that does not matter. What matters is that the toddler is home and getting better.
Kotb also wanted to thank everyone who has been there for her over the last two weeks. It has meant a lot to the mom.
Hoda also thanked Savannah Guthrie, who had a health scare last week. Guthrie tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday. Today was also her first day back at work after the diagnosis.
Hoda Kotb has been missing from Today for a week and a half, and the show hasn’t told us why. Therefore, people have been wondering, is she OK? Is she leaving the news show? And so on.
Well, today, Today finally addressed her absence after reminding people that Savannah Guthrie is missing from the morning news program because she is home battling COVID-19. “As for Hoda, we know some of you are wondering how she’s doing,” Craig Melvin said. “We can tell you she’s OK. She’s got a family health matter she’s been dealing with.”
Hopefully, Kotb’s family member will be better soon.
I just want to add with both Guthrie and Kotb missing from Today, the three remaining anchors, Al Roker, Melvin, and Sheinelle Jones, are all African American. I like it, and I like them together.
Last week, Hoda Kotb revealed that her Today co-anchor, Jenna Bush, doesn’t wear underwear. Ever since then, I check the former first daughter’s crotch to see if it is true.
Case in point, here she is dancing with Jeff Goldblum and Kotb in a tight dress. So tight you can see a panty line. That is, if she had one.
So, all I want for Christmas is for her to wear panties so I can stop staring because it is all about me.
We know more than we ever wanted to know about Jenna Bush, and today Hoda Kotb told us something we really didn’t want to know about her Today co-host. What is that little tidbit? The former President’s daughter doesn’t wear underwear.
Why? “I think it makes more, pretty silhouette,” she said. “I also think you don’t have to pack as much.”
While that might be the case, so ewww. I don’t get how people can do that. Especially women, once a month for a few days. Not for me. Is it for you? And don’t you wish you didn’t know this?
Oh, and I would have loved to have seen Savannah Guthrie’s face when she found this out because Bush borrows her pants. So like, gross. I am sure Guthrie is burning her pants as you read this.
