Last Thursday, Kelly Rowland was supposed to guest host the fourth hour of Today with Kotb, but she reportedly walked away at the last minute because the dressing room was not up to her standards.
Since then, neither Kotb nor Rowland have addressed the rumors.
However, today on Today, Kotb finally talked about it to Jenna Bush. “I just want to say this, ‘I have great love and admiration for Kelly Rowland. I adore her,'” the anchor said. “And I want her to come back on our show. And I want her to host again.”
And if the C-Lister takes them up on the offer, Kotb is willing to share her dressing room with her.
If I were Today, I would put her in the smallest dressing room. And if she complains, I would remind her, “You are no Beyoncé.”
We know that Jason Mraz is a singer, but did you know he grows coffee beans and avocados? Not only that, he told Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush on Today yesterday that he sells his avocados to Chipotle. So if you are not cheap (like me) and get their guacamole, then your mouth is saying I’m yours to his avocados.
Therefore, if you listen to his music while you eat their guac, then two of your senses are his. And if you watch one of his music videos, like I Feel Like Dancing while enjoying a burrito, then three of your senses belong to him.
I think I am smoking someone of the stuff that he and his friend Willie Nelson are smoking.
There are movies that almost everyone has seen, like The Godfather, The Wizard of Oz, Forrest Gump, Home Alone, Titanic, and Star Wars, to name a few.
However, Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush revealed on Today that they have never seen one of those films. Can you guess which one? It is Star Wars. And they have no interest in seeing the film that inspired so many Gen Xers to go into filmmaking.
I can understand Bush not seeing it because she was born four years after it came out, and her family was too into politics to care about pop culture. But what is Kotb’s excuse? She was almost 13 in 1977, and I am sure all her friends were checking it out. So where was she? Sad.
Do I recommend to them to see it now? Probably not, because they will most likely think it doesn’t hold, just like when I recently watched The Godfather for the first time since I was a kid. I was like; this is far from the greatest movie that was ever made. And my friend got so pissed when I told him that. So mad I have never told anyone else because he made an offer I couldn’t refuse.

Last month, we got the news that even though Kim Cattrall said she would never put on Samantha Jones’ stilettos again, she will do it one more time on this season of And Just Like That.
Tomorrow, the actress will be on Hoda & Jenna and will talk to them about what it was like filming her one scene. She told the co-anchors, “It felt like dipping my toe back in time and having a wonderful afternoon and then a great martini.”
With that, Bush wanted to know what we all want to know. Does it make her want to return to the show that was such a big part of her life?
Without hesitation, Cattrall put out her arm to say stop and said, “That is far as I am going to go.”
So is the star saying goodbye to Samantha during her scene? “I don’t think I will ever say goodbye to Samantha,” she said. “I get very emotionally attached and protective of my characters. She gave me so much, and I am appreciative of her.”
And we are appreciative of what Cattrall gave us as Samantha Jones. Who is hands down the best character to come from the series.
When it comes to if I think the show will be back for a third season. If the negative fan reaction is any hint, I doubt it.
