Pringles has constantly been coming out with new flavors to market the yummy potato chips. I guess the flavors are not cutting it anymore because they came up with a new promotion to get their cans flying off the shelves. No, they did not add wings. Instead, they made them glow in the dark.
The concept is so simple. And for someone like me, so appealing. Is it stupid how this marketing ploy makes me want to buy one of their ordinary tasting chips? What am I going to do with it? I don’t know, but I have to have it. Do you want it too?

I love all Halloween candy. Well, all but Candy Corn. Has anyone defined what it is yet?
I am assuming Brach’s has because they have been selling them for ages. So much so, they have come out with different flavors for the triangle candy.
This year, they are celebrating Thanksgiving early with the Turkey Day meal in a bag. You read that right. Each bag includes Green Beans, Roasted Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, Ginger Glazed Carrot, Sweet Potato Pie & Stuffing flavored Candy Corn.
I am intrigued. So much so, I will pick up a bag at Walgreen’s today. Wish me luck because I am going to need it.
UPDATE: I bought them. How do they taste? They taste like Candy Corn.

There is a new Girl Scouts cookie coming! |

There is not a lot of good news recently, but here is something to look forward to. The Girl Scouts announced today that there is a new cookie coming in 2022.
The Adventurefuls is described as a brownie-inspired cookie with caramel-flavored crème and a hint of sea salt. My mouth is already watering, thinking about their latest yummy creation.
The newest cookie joins the Shortbread/Trefoils, Caramel deLites/Samoas, Toffee-tastic, Caramel Chocolate Chip, Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich, Girl Scout S’mores, Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Lemon-ups, Lemonades, and Toast-Yay! cookies.
All of the sweet treats will be available in 146 days. Can you wait that long? Don’t wait too long, if you can, because Girl Scout Cookie Season only lasts from January-April.

As we know, there is a huge war going on in the fast food industry over who has the best Chicken Sandwich. Now, Pringles has entered the fight with Wendy’s on their side. That is because, for a limited time, they are selling Wendy’s Spicy Chicken flavored potato chips.

Krispy Kreme is selling carnival inspired donuts |

It is summertime, and people love to go to the carnival. They go for the rides and the food. However, there isn’t always one in your town, so what happens when you are craving cotton candy? Krispy Kreme got you covered.
They are now selling three donuts inspired by the flavors of a carnival:
Caramel Apple Doughnut: Filled with Caramel Apple Kreme™, this doughnut is topped with green apple icing, caramel drizzle and rainbow sprinkles and finished with a pretzel stick!
Caramel Popcorn Doughnut: Filled with Caramel Popcorn Kreme™, this doughnut is topped with caramel drizzle and caramel popcorn!
Cotton Candy Doughnut: An Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in cotton candy flavored icing, topped with real cotton candy sugar, a dollop of buttercream and confetti sprinkles.
While those sound really yummy and sugar-high inducing, there is one flavor they forgot about, and it is an obvious one. Why aren’t they doing one that tastes like funnel cake. Although, that might be considered their original glazed donut. It has just as much lard and sugar in it.
Do these donuts sound good to you? Then you better run to local Krispy Kreme because they are only available until August 8th.
