As if we needed People to tell us this, but they have named Johnny Depp the Sexiest Man Alive for the second time in 6 years. The 21 Jump Street star is only the third person since 1985 to have been given the title twice, the other two are Brad Pitt and George Clooney. And with the way they are ageing he will probably be the only one to get the title three times. I would say that Johnny Depp gets sexier with age, but let’s be real he doesn’t age! Seriously what is his secret because he looks as good now as when he first started acting over 25 years ago. Can you believe it has been that long for him because it sure as hell doesn’t look like it! Way to go Johnny Depp for getting the title People’s Sexiest Man Alive again, but we didn’t need the magazine to tell us that we already knew that.
Although Johnny Depp is the Sexiest Man Alive, People named several other men who are also sexy in 2009 and you can find out who they all are when the magazine comes out on Friday. But word to the wise, skip the page with Jerry O’Connell in a speedo pumping gas. I lost my breakfast over that picture.
Not that we needed one, but here is another reason to love Johny Depp. According to Daily Express he is offering to help bail Nicolas Cage out of his financial crisis.
“Johnny called Nic and basically told him not to worry and he’d help him and sort everything out,†says a friend. “Johnny feels he owes his career to Nic and now wants to repay him – if Nic agrees.â€
The paper added that back when Depp was a struggling musician, he met Cage who hooked him up with his agent that got him his first big role in Nightmare in Elm Street. Depp never forgot what Cage did for him, so that is why he wants to help him out. I never knew that if it wasn’t for Cage we might never have ever heard of Johnny Depp, so thanks to Nic Cage for that!!! But back to Depp how cool is it, that even 25 years years later he still hasn’t forgotten how he got his start! So many people in Hollywood do, but not our favorite Johnny Depp. He seriously is a good guy and it is just another reason to love him!

Johnny Depp was being interviewed by T4’s Rick Edwards and he admitted his biggest Public Enemy is that he “prefers not to look at himself.” Lucky for us we make up for all the time he is missing out by not looking at that gorgeous mug that hasn’t aged a day since he started acting.
But seriously how sweet was it that Johnny Depp was so humble when he answered the question why he hasn’t seen his own movie Public Enemies. I just love him even more, how can you not?
Do you remember two years ago when Johnny Depp's daughter Lily Rose was hospitalized for E Coli virus? Well Johnny Depp is still giving back to the hospital that saved her life. According to WENN he dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow and made a surprise visit to Ormond Street Hospital and cheered up several patients.
A source tells WENN, "Johnny was so friendly with all the children on the ward and they absolutely loved his pirate outfit.
"He spoke to lots of the youngsters and staff – and made their day by posing for pictures with them all."
This is not the first time he gave back to the hospital, he also gave them a $1 million donation for taking such good care of Lily Rose. Seriously can he be any more awesome?
Johnny Depp’s latest movie the Public Enemies won’t be out until July 1st and after seeing the second trailer for the movie, I can’t wait for that date! Besides him looking amazing with the shorter do and all cleaned up, that movie looks really interesting! So well shot!
