The red band trailer is out for Five Year Engagement and I want to see the movie even less than I did before. Even watching Jason segel fake an orgasm isn’t enough for me to go to a theater and pay to see it. Although Russell Brand feels differently about it than I do because here is what he Tweeted about it, “Five Year Engagement- lets all watch it and see what contrivance Segel has summonsed to reveal his marvelous penis”. So Jason Segel is starring in The Muppets and when one of the kids was reviewing it they gave him an unkindly review. The How I Met Your Mother shared the 7 year old critic’s reaction with David Letterman on CBS’s The Late Show and all I wanted to do was reach through the TV screen and give him a supportive hug. The two co-stars of Forgetting Sarah Marshal sang Inside of You as a duet at the Stand With Haiti benefit and ended it with one of the most passionate kisses I have seen in a long time.
Maybe Marshall will dump Lily (Alyson Hannigan) and Jason Segel and Russell Brand will get a spinoff called How I Met Your Father next season.
