Here is something for those of you who give a fuck. Do you want to know how many times you will hear/heard the word fuck in Deadpool and Wolverine? Well, someone at The New York Post counted them, and the answer is 116 fucking times.

I hope someone covered Dogpool’s ears because she is too innocent to hear that word.

I can’t wait to see the clean version on Disney+. It will be the most sanitized version of a film since Snakes on a Plane and, before that, Porky’s.

It seems like everywhere I look, something is promoting Deadpool and Wolverine. Did all of that promotion work?

It sure did! The Ryan Reynolds/Hugh Jackman film made $205 million in the United States, making it the #1 opening movie of the year and the eighth-biggest opening weekend of all time.

The movie made $438.3 million globally and is the biggest R-rated movie internationally. It knocked the other two Deadpool movies down to the second and third spots.

So, I think we can all agree that all of that promotion worked. However, it didn’t really need it because who doesn’t want to see these frenemies go at in the MCU?

Ryan Reynolds & Hugh Jackman play with their butts

Ever since I saw Van Wilder, I have said that Ryan Reynolds has the best ass in acting. I am not the only one who feels this way because Xbox feels the same way. So they created wireless controllers that look like his butt as Deadpool and also one for Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.

And now I want to Jackman with those controllers. And I am not the only one. Because both actors feel the same way, as you can see in that IGN video. However, their children will be needing therapy because of them.

Deadpool & Wolverine eat DiGiorno Pizza

The MCU marketing team’s force is strong with Deadpool & Wolverine. So far, they have teamed up with Heinz and Jack in the Box, and now they have joined forces with DiGiorno Pizza for four pizzas that were inspired by the film that comes out on Friday.

  • The Wade Special: A sweet and salty combo not just for mercs, made with pineapple and black olives to pay homage to Wade Wilson’s pizza in the first movie.
  • Gimme Chimi: A chimichanga-inspired pizza that is a fiesta for your tastebuds and topped with spicy cumin sauce, beef topping, jalapeno, and cheddar & mozzarella cheeses.
  • Spicy Wolvie Pie: Crafted with Wolverine and other meat lovers in mind, this pie is stacked with pepperoni, chorizo and bacon.

Deadpool and Wolverine go Heinz ketchup and mustard

A few weeks ago, I wondered why no condiment company teamed up with Deadpool and Wolverine to turn the unlikely superhero into ketchup and mustard. And I guess Heinz read my mind because that is what they are doing.

“After seeing the conversation on social media highlighting the similarities between our two iconic duos – Deadpool & Wolverine and HEINZ Ketchup & Mustard – we knew we had to team up with the film,” says Lizzy Goodman, Brand Communications Manager for HEINZ U.S. at The Kraft Heinz Company. “Once we made that connection – we couldn’t unsee it – as these similarities go beyond color. One’s sweet, one’s zesty. Everybody has a favorite, but really, they’re better together. And most importantly, whether at the movie theater or a cookout, both duos play starring roles in an epic summer.”

A limited amount of the iconic duo of condiments will be available on Heinz’s social media over the next few weeks.
