Dame Helen Mirren has done some strange things for the remake of Arthur, but none of them were as weird as the picture Russel Brand Tweeted today. He added this caption to the picture, “At last. A bath from Helen Mirren. Never has getting clean been more dirty.” I don’t know about you, but I need a shower after that picture because I won’t be able to take a bath without thinking of that image. Seriously what did the Oscar winner do to deserve this? Didn’t she read the script before she agreed to do the movie? Because if she did, I wonder if she would’ve have agreed to still do the film. Unless they left the pages out that asked her to bathe Russell Brand.
BTW somewhere Dudley Moore is turning over in his grave seeing what Brand is doing his biggest movie.

Helen Mirren and Russell Brand are filming a remake of Arthur and the Get to the Him Greek star shaved off his beard and chest hair for the movie. Well looks like all those hairs were made into a fake beard because both of them were photographed with it and yellow-rimmed sunglasses. Well Katy Perry’s fiancee’s shots were from the paparazzi, and the Oscar winner’s were by Arthur himself. In fact RustyRockets Tweeted this message with this picture, “Helen Mirren has been successfully corrupted. She is also now pregnant.” Why did he do that to her? What will their kid look like? It probably will have their beard. Poor Helen Mirren has been tainted…:(
Helen Mirren is starring in a new movie called Love Ranch about a couple who opened the first brothel in Nevada. In a way life was imitating art for her because her husband Taylor Hackford was directing it and he wanted her to research her role by spending a night at a real brothel. The Dame was not comfortable spending the night with the Madame and her girls, but when her husband dropped her off in front of one and left there she had no choice but to do so. She told David Letterman she enjoyed the night. Could you imagine the Oscar winner studying her role as a brother owner at a brothel? I am sure her husband enjoyed the experience more than her and she had a lot of fun there!
BTW my huge problem with Letterman is after she told him that she spent the night there, he should have asked if she learned any techniques to do with her husband when they were off camera as compared to asking if the girls were damaged? Afterall he is a late night talk show host and not a hard news reporter, but hey that is me.
