Last week, Gordon Ramsay fell off his bike and hurt himself badly. However bad it was, he is grateful to be alive. And he survived because he wore a helmet.
So, now MasterChef is telling everyone to wear head protection, and people are listening to him, like his son, Oscar.
Today, the proud pop shared a video of his 5-year-old riding a bike with a helmet on.
And now he has two more reasons to be proud of his boy: he believes in safety first, and he can ride a bike without falling off.
Earlier this week, Gordon Ramsay went for a bike ride in Connecticut. However, it did not go well, and he says he is lucky to be alive. And the only reason he is still with us is because he wore a helmet.
So he is telling everyone, old and young, to wear a helmet. It is worth the cost because it can mean the difference between life and death.
When it comes to how he is doing, he says he spent some time in the hospital. Then he gave us an update on his condition, “I’m doing ok and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries but I am a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato.”
The Master Chef lifted up his coat and showed us his upper left torso. It is covered in a deep purple bruise.
Hopefully, he will be better soon, physically and mentally, because you can tell how shaken up he is from it.
Gordon Ramsay is an all-you-can-eat buffet at Fox, and the network cannot get enough of him.
Because of that, they picked up Hell’s Kitchen for its 23rd and 24th seasons. This will usher the series into 2005, which is the show’s 20th anniversary.

Along with Hell’s Kitchen, the legendary chef also has Next Level Chef, MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Kitchen Nightmares, and the upcoming Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars on Fox, aka GRC (Gordon Ramsay Channel).
Gordon Ramsay turned 57 on November 8th, and his wife, Tana, 49, gave him another child as a birthday present.
The MasterChef announced the new addition to the family on social media, “What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!! One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done ❤️❤️”
The Ramsays are also the parents to Megan, 25, twins Jack and Holly, 23, Tilly, 22, and Oscar, 4.
So, if Gordon seems a little meaner on Hell’s Kitchen, now you will know why. He is sleep-deprived.
If you are like me and you have been missing MasterChef Junior, then I have some great news for you. Fox announced today that they renewed the cooking competition for young Chefs for another season.
This time around Gordon Ramsay’s daughter, Tilly, will join him, Daphne Oz, and Aarón Sánchez as a judge.

Season 9 returns in 2024! And I can’t wait to see what they are cooking up for us.
