Glee’s Lauren Potter received the Image Award at the American Association Of People With Disabilities Awards Gala and she looked so awwwdorable posing for the cameras on the red carpet in that pretty dress! I just loved the way the 20 year old actress worked it for the cameras, she looks absolutely beautiful.
I also love the way the things that Ryan Murphy and the writers of Glee have written her character, they really have done a great job with Becky. I hope that this opens the door for more people with Down syndrome like Lauren Potter and Chris Burke to act on TV shows.
Before Darren Criss got drunk at a party in a basement and kissed a girl on Glee, he was doing the same thing in I Adora You. How cute was the 17 year old with bushy eyebrows and a fro in that 2005 short.
Ever since we got to really know Matthew Morrison on Glee, people have wondered if he likes boys or girls. Well now we know because he talked about the person who he was saying “Let’s make love in the Summer Rain” to. Mr Schue detailed it during his Matthew Morrison Mondays that the song is about a former girlfriend who is now married with a kid…and she is flattered it’s about her. So now that is confirmed he likes women, how long until he is linked with Gwyneth Paltow?
BTW I can’t believe I am saying this but I really like his first single Summer Rain and can’t wait to buy his album when it comes out on May 10th. It sounds like it will be so different than what we are used to hearing him do on Glee. And if you can’t wait until then for the album, every Monday he will be podcasting about it so you can learn more secrets about him and the CD!
Yesterday the Glee cast was having a Twitter Crush which was kind of like a Twitter Fight Club and Kevin McHale got to do what many of us have wanted to do. Artie Abrams got to slap Gwyneth Paltrow!!! How many of us read something she wrote on GOOP or said in an interview and just wanted to slap her*. Well now we know how it visually looks without ever having to do it. Aren’t you in a GLEEful mood now after that picture?
