Emily VanCamp has been keeping a secret, and the producers of The Resident helped her keep it. However, you are not going to want to get revenge on them for hiding her pregnancy by writing her real life one into the Fox medical drama.
The actress shared the happy news by writing, “Welcome to the world our sweet little Iris 💐 Our hearts are full 💗.”
This is she and Josh Bowman’s first child. The couple played one on Revenge, became one in 2011, and got married in 2018. Congrats to the two. Hopefully, things will turn out better for them than the fate their characters got on the show they met on.
Even though Revenge ended three and a half years ago, Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman’s relationship is still going strong. So strong, the two of them tied the knot yesterday in the Bahamas according to Us Weekly.
On Revenge, their marriage was pretty much over during their honeymoon when his character shot her’s after he found out she faked her pregnancy. I am sure their real-life one will go better.
The two started dating the first season of the drama but did not get engaged until May 2017.

If you are like me, then you are still missing Everwood, one of the best shows to ever grace our televisions. Well over the weekend Dr. Harold Abbott (Tom Amandes), Amy (Emily VanCamp), Hannah (Sarah Drew) and Ephram (Gregory Smith) got together; and I don’t know if I feel better seeing them like that because I got my fix or worse because I miss the show even more. I am going to say better because that is how I would picture they would look together if the show was still on the air today.
You know ABC since all four of them are on your network, maybe you can have them do a reunion on one of their shows. My pick would be Grey’s Anatomy, but I don’t care which one as long as they are all together again! And for an extra treat, can you get Treat Williams to join them.
