Ed Sheeran is known for his singing and his guitar playing. However, he is not known for dancing, and that is for a very good reason. He can’t dance.

Well, on his new album =, he has a song called 2step. So the singer thought he would create a dance for it, and he shared it with all of us.

What do you think? Do you think he can dance now?

Ed Sheeran has a busy week this week because he releasing his album = on Friday. But most of his plans are going to be cancelled. That is because the singer revealed he has coronavirus.

“Hey guys. Quick note to tell you that I’ve sadly tested positive for Covid, so I’m now self-isolating and following government guidelines,” the singer wrote. “It means that I’m now unable to plough ahead with any in person commitments for now, so I’ll be doing as many of my planned interviews/performances I can from my house. Apologies to anyone I’ve let down. Be safe everyone.”

Sheeran is expected to be the musical performer on Saturday Night Live’s November 6th episode. However, I think it is too early to announce if that is still going to happen.

Hopefully, he will be better soon. He is an international treasure, and he needs to be protected at all costs.

The Voice gets a mega star as a Mega Mentor
October 5th, 2021 under Ed Sheeran, The Voice. [ Comments: none ]

Trae Patton/NBC

The Voice has had some huge names as mentors like Dolly Parton, Cher, Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, P!nk, and Mariah Carey. This season, they are going to add another massive name to their plague as a Mega Mentor, and it’s Ed Sheeran.

The singer will help prepare the singers for the Knockout Rounds along with the regular coaches Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Blake Shelton. And who does American Idol have?

Anyways, Sheeran’s first appearance will be on October 25th. During the Knockout Rounds, artists are paired against a teammate once more, but select their own song to perform individually while their direct competitor watches and waits. Utilizing his vast experience in songwriting, musical production and performing to provide multi-faceted mentorship, Sheeran will guide the artists in their vocal and technical choices and tailor the artists’ songs to their strengths to bolster each performance. Coaches alone choose the winner from their team to advance to the Live Playoffs. Each coach has one steal in the Knockouts.

It seriously amazes me all of the legendary singers the NBC singing competition gets to be part of the series. It is almost like they have pictures on all of these musicians to get them to do the show.

Ed Sheeran reveals he’s releasing another album after =
September 15th, 2021 under Ed Sheeran, Ryan Seacrest. [ Comments: none ]

Ed Sheeran is releasing his first new studio album in four years on October 29th. So, if knowing we are getting = is not enough good news, he has more.

He was on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning, and the host asked the singer if it is true that he recorded over 250 songs since ÷. “I was working on, I’ve got another album that comes out after this one,” he said. “So I was basically working on two records at once. So there are a lot of songs flying around.”

Sheeran didn’t say when it was coming out, but I will gratefully accept any new music from him. He records more good songs than bad ones, and how many artists can you say that about today?

I wonder if he will title that album – since he already used +, x, ÷, and =.

Is Ed Sheeran turning into Elton John?
September 7th, 2021 under Ed Sheeran, Elton John. [ Comments: none ]

Ed Sheeran shared a behind-the-scenes photo from his music video Shivers, that comes out on Friday, and I could not get over how much he looks like Elton John. It made me realize that Sheeran is this generation’s Elton.

They are both music men who keep putting out tunes we can’t stop listening to. The only difference is one tickles the ivories, and the other one strums a guitar. Other than that, they are both lyrical geniuses.

Too bad Sheeran is not on John’s upcoming duet album. Could you imagine what it would be like if they sang Your Song together? It would be extravagant.
