|  I guess all the rumors that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were getting back together are just that. The two met up with their lawyers today to discuss an agreement on their divorce including custody of their two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Entertainment Tonight has this statement from his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, "After five hours and a four-way session with Kevin Federline, his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan and his partner, JIM SIMON, along with Britney Spears and her attorney LAURA WASSER, signed an agreement which was a global settlement on all issues of their marriage. At one point Kevin went down for a smoke and Britney followed him outside. They had a 15 minute conversation. Then they went back upstairs." Britney's attorney did not confirm or deny the statement.
According to TMZ, K-Fed only got around $1 million dollars from the settlement because Britney's lawyer Laura Wasser had him sign an airtight prenup. But the bigger news is that they both will share physical custody of the boys, 50/50.
The two are waiting for the Judge to sign the paperwork and then they will be officially divorced. Am I the only feeling it is a sad day in Hollywood because these two are divorced?

| Jenna Jameson and Jay G are doing a Travis Barker/Shanna Moakler, not getting back together but taking their divorce battle to MySpace. Jenna and Jay are posting blogs about their divorce first she said her weight is from the divorce and then he posted one about her and then she replied to him. But that was nothing compared to what they are saying in her comments about her latter blog post. This is getting way ugly.

|  Sources tell ET that ANNE HECHE has left her husband, COLEY LAFFOON, for her "Men in Trees" co-star JAMES TUPPER. Heche’s rep confirms that she and Laffoon have separated. The two were married in 2001 and have a son together. The rep issued this statement: "Actress Anne Heche and her husband Coleman Laffoon have decided to separate after five years of marriage. They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time." A spokesperson for her "Men in Trees" co-star confirms that Tupper and his wife split in November, but would not speculate on the on-set romance. The two are currently in production in Vancouver on the hot show, which just got a new time slot after "Grey’s Anatomy" on Thursday night. Back in July when ET first interviewed the two co-stars on the set, they were already each other’s fans. "James Tupper is the leading man on this show, and if I did not get involved with him on the show, I’d be very disappointed," Anne said. James commented, "I’m a really big fan of Anne’s — she’s just wonderful." On "Men in Trees," Anne plays a relationship coach living in the mostly male-populated town of Elmo, Alaska, where her character has an on-again, off-relationship with James. "I have a blessed situation in my life," she told ET in July. "My husband is a stay-at-home dad. We chose to have a baby and chose to be together as a family. "Coley and [my son] HOMER go with me everywhere; that’s why I wanted to do a TV show. I wanted to give my family a stable life and give them an opportunity to build a life, although mommy is an actress."

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock will be officially divorced in the amount of months they were married |

|  Former "Baywatch" actress Pamela Anderson and singer Kid Rock will both be officially single again as of May 28, according to court papers obtained by Access Hollywood. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marjorie S. Steinberg signed a divorce judgment yesterday that also allows Anderson and Kid Rock to each maintain a 50 percent share in a limited liability company they jointly own, but which will be eventually dissolved. Both filed divorce petitions on Nov.27, citing irreconcilable differences as their reasons for seeking a divorce. The 35-year-old singer is identified in both petitions under his real name, Robert Ritchie. The couple married Aug. 3 and separated Nov. 26. They have no minor children.

It is amazing it will take longer for them to get divorced than they were married. I really they thought they were going to last…not.

David Faustino Divorcing without Children |

|  Look out ladies, Grandmaster B is back on the market. Actor David Faustino, aka Bud Bundy from the classic TV show, "Married with Children," is pulling the plug on his marriage to Andrea Elmer, and he’s asking the judge to make sure she doesn’t get any of his stuff. In the divorce papers obtained by TMZ, Faustino asks for "all property acquired during the marriage … be kept as his sole and separate property." Faustino blames the split on "irreconcilable differences." The couple, who married in 2003 at the famous Little White Chapel of the West in Las Vegas, separated in May of last year. They have no children.
