Before David Letterman had his own talk show, he unsuccessfully tried to have a game show called The Riddlers. He looks the same now as he did when he was 30 in that 1977 pilot except he had more hair and less weight back then. Side note: OMG Michael McKean and Robert Urich look so young in that pilot.
Evangeline Lilly was on the Late Show with David Letterman and she actually out bitched him several times. The Lost star doesn’t always come off as the warmest person, and that really worked for her in the interview. I am so happy someone knocked the late night host down a notch because if anyone deserved it is him.
I loved how she called him out for not watching her show and pretending that he did and also not remembering her past chats with him. But what was even better was when she asked him how he would end Lost and he gave a stupid answer, so she didn’t let him live it down. Plus you have to watch what she says that left him speechless.
I can’t believe I am saying this but I finally like her. She really held her own during the interview and even one upped Letterman several times.
Why did it take her 6 years to impress me? She should have been like that from day one. Maybe now because she doesn’t have anything to worry about, she is letting her true self show. Keep it up!

David Boreanaz does a David Letterman. As in he went public and admitted to cheating on his wife because he claims one of ex-mistresses was threatening to go public if he didn’t pay her. So before she went public, he beat her to punch. The Bones star told People, “Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.” He then added, “I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.” TMZ has more on the story and they are reporting that the woman he says he was involved with hired Gloria Allred and sources told them she allegedly went to his lawyer and said pay us 6 digits or else. TMZ says that their sources also told them that the former-Angel had been paying the woman he claims he was involved with thousands of dollars now and again and she kept demanding more. TMZ then said he finally fessed up to his wife.
Boreanaz gave People an update on his marriage, “We’re working on our marriage. We’re working on repairing what has been damaged so badly.” Hopefully they will be able to work out it.
The 40 year old actor and Jaime Bergman have been married for 8 years (11/01) and have two kids, Jaden who just turned 8 on Saturday and Bardot Vita who is 8 months old.
People will have more on the story when the magazine hits newsstands on Friday. Is it wrong for me to wonder if his exclusive interview will bump that country singer (that no one has heard of) who came out off the cover?
Dr Phil was on The Late Show with David Letterman, and the TV psychologist asked the late night host how he got through the Late Night TV wars. Part of him said he enjoyed it and wished it was still going on and the other part of him is still bitter from when Jay Leno took his show in 1993. By the time he was done answering the questions, Dr Phil said he was sorry he asked. But I guess that is what psychologists do, make you rehash the bad times?
Amanda Peet was suppose to appear on Late Night with David Letterman on Tuesday, but instead she cancelled at the last minute. When it comes to excuses on why she missed the show, she has one of the best ones…she went into labor. The Please Give star welcomed her second daughter Molly June Benioff with her husband of 3 and a half years David Benioff according to People. The screenwriter and her already have a daughter Frances Pen, who turned 3 on February 20th. If Molly looks anything like her mom and her sister, she is going to be gorgeous. Lucky girl to have those genes on her side!
