Martin Short’s song about celebrity plastic surgery!

Mulaney has sadly made us forget what a comedic genius Martin Short truly is; but with one performance on The Late Show with David Letterman, it is all coming back to us. Jiminy Glick sang a song about the plastic surgery celebrities get. It is so scary and yet brilliant, how perfectly he nailed it.
Then at the end of his tune, he debuted his new look if he got all the work, that all of those people got, done. Who do you think he looks like? I want to see if we agree!

Bill Murray runs out on The Late Show interview
October 16th, 2014 under Bill Murray, David Letterman. [ Comments: none ]

Bill Murray was a guest on The Late Show yesterday and he always knows how to make an entrance. Well last night, he made quite an exit. The actor was on the show to promote his movie St Vincent; and just as David Letterman asked him about it, Dr. Peter Venkman stopped him. Bob Wiley told him that he is committed to run in this year’s NYC marathon and he needs to start training for it now. As in right that second, so he got up and left the studio for a run. What happens next is only something Bill Murray could pull off and that is why we love him.

David Letterman going from late night to daytime?
October 10th, 2014 under David Letterman, TV Soaps. [ Comments: none ]

David Letterman is retiring from late night television some time next year, and it appears that he is already looking for his next job. Yesterday on The Late Show he used his time to audition for The Young & The Restless because the CBS late night host heard they were hiring. So how did he do? The CBS soap opera Tweeted this today, “YOU’RE HIRED, DAVE!”
I think he is going to be great as Nikki and Victor’s secret teenage daughter!
Will you watch him on the daytime drama?

Will there be an Iron Man 4?
October 7th, 2014 under David Letterman, Ellen DeGeneres, Robert Downey Jr.. [ Comments: none ]

Robert Downey Jr is doing press for his new movie The Judge, but all anyone wants to know about is is there going to be an Iron Man 4. So will there be one? Depends what show RDJ is on to get the answer to that question. He told Ellen DeGeneres yes, but he told David Letterman no. So I guess that means we are no closer to an answer than we were before.
Does this mean he is done playing Tony Stark? Doesn’t sound like it because he told The Late Show host that he has signed on to do some more Marvel movies.
I say that since Iron Man has already had 3 movies, it is about time for Howard the Duck got a second one. Who’s with me?

Neil Patrick Harris says that David Letterman is a generous lover!
September 29th, 2014 under David Letterman, How I Met Your Mother, Neil Patrick Harris. [ Comments: none ]

Neil Patrick Harris is on The Late Show tonight and David Letterman asked Doogie Howser about his memoir that is coming out next month. It was then that the How I Met Your Mother star admitted he included the CBS late night host in the book and he thinks of him as a father figure.
Sounds innocent at first, but then he goes on. Harris then reads, “Only a sexy father. So suave, so rakishly handsome. A generous kisser, a generous lover.” Then he continues on as we wish he would, “You might expect him to be more selfish in bed, but no he is very thoughtful. He’s always tending to my needs first.” Then he wrapped it by saying, “The next time I’m on the show, I’m going to find some organic way to tell him how much I appreciate that.”
I think he succeeded. Not only in telling Letterman how he feels about him, but getting us to want to read Neil Patrick Harris: Choose Your Own Autobiography.
