Last week it was announced that the Shark is the most popular puppet of the Late Late Show puppets, and today when Craig Ferguson was asked if he got a swelled head he made a shocking announcement. The Late Late Show host said that he is thinking of getting rid of them. He said that when he gets bored of them that he will dump them. All I have to say to that is…Nooooooo. Please Craig keep them, I understand that you need a change but why the poor innocent puppets.
Besides hosting his talk show he has a book coming out on September 22nd called American on Purpose: The Improbable Adventures of an Unlikely Patriot. He said the book it is an autobiography and he joked that he can’t wait to read it. He also said that he doesn’t remember a lot of things from his past and he made it up in his book and he admits that openly in the opening pages. The other thing he admitted openly is that he is proud to be an American and that is why he doesn’t make fun of it on the show. We need more people like him in this country! Just for that us natural born citizens should watch him every night on CBS at 12:35a to be reminded of that, well that and because he is so darn funny and you never know what he is going to do on the show. In fact he doesn’t even know what he is going to do on the show. (Ferguson is known for improving his show.) He mentioned during the press conference, the reason why he doesn’t Twitter is because “he has a f*cking hour to fill every night.” As avid viewer of the show he fills that f*cking hour up perfectly!!!
Don’t forget to check out Craig and his puppets (while you can) every week night at 12:35a on CBS!!!
Yesterday on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, he brought up a bunch of the female audience members who were wearing sun dresses to open the show. Then he had one of his puppets make a comment and which one did he choose? The pig! Proving even he thinks all men are pigs!!!
Now Ferguson knowing he crossed the sexual harassment line, so he said that he would do the same on Friday’s show but with guys only in tight pants. Only one problem he pre-tapes his Friday shows so it wouldn’t be fair to us ladies. So midway through the show he brought up Randy and I don’t think it is as even keel as Craig’s think because we only got one guy. Do you agree?
BTW I love the way Craig interacts with the studio audience like and brings them up on stahe with him during the show. See what he does with them tonight on CBS at 12:35a on CBS because you know he will do something!!!
Last night on CBS Craig Ferguson announced on his Late Late SHOW which puppet won the puppet popularity contest and things were going well when he said that the Shark won the honor. But then when Craig was saying what the future holds for the popular puppet, his blunder put him in shark infested water. The hysterical host said that the Shark was going to appear on Late NIGHT with David Letterman not SHOW. As we all know Late NIGHT is on NBC and a really sore subject for his boss David Letterman. Now I love Craig and I hate to point out this huge a$$ blunder, but his reaction to his big mistake is so cute and brilliant that I had to share it with y’all. The way he backtracks, especially when he says “Let’s see how I will wriggle out of this without the press getting hold of this.” Sorry Craig, I got hold of it. And sincerely how cute is that he then tells us how much he will miss us.
No word yet from David Letterman’s camp, but I heard a rumor that the Shark will be replacing Craig tonight at 12:35a on The Late Late SHOW since he is so popular. Joking, I hope…
Question for Craig, your show that is called Late Late SHOW and follows Late SHOW, how did you make that Late NIGHT slip up???
Craig Ferguson had another brilliant opening for his Late Late Show and I had to share it with y’all. I always love when he does a huge dance number with all the puppets and his dancers like this one. I actually think seeing him getting his ’70s on to Duran Duran’s ’90s remake of the ’80s rap classic White Lines is my favorite one so far! Seriously how much fun it must be to come up with these numbers!
BTW you can vote for your favorite Late Late Show puppet here, mine is the guy they always dress in leather but he is not on the list.
For those of you who don’t watch the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, you are missing out in the original ways that he comes up with as filler between David Letterman’s show and his. Last night him and his gang of humans and puppets got together and did Jason Mraz’s I’m Yours. That performance just made me feel good, so I decided to share it with y’all.
Tune into CBS at 12:35a to see what he will do for filler tonight!
