Craig Ferguson pretaped his Friday night show on Thursday before the Aurora, Co and in that monologue he talked about The Dark Knight Rises. So the CBS Late Late Show host came in on his day off and recorded a special message to replace the monologue. His words and the way he said gave me chills because it was so heartfelt. You can tell he was sincere as he talked to all of us through the camera. I respect him so much for being real and changing his show because of the day’s events and not just letting it air as it. It shows he is more than a man getting paid for a job, but a person who cares.
And when it comes to his words let’s honor what he said. Thank you Craig for being more than a man who takes the money and hides.
Now before I start this post about how Craig Ferguson did The Late Late Show his show without power yesterday, I have to tell you what happened to me as a I watching the video and preparing to write. So I went to CBS’s YouTube page to watch the clips from last night’s show to see which was worthy to include and the videos wouldn’t play. So then I went to CBS.com to check it out there and my computer shut down half way through the first one. I then realized that power cord was not plugged in and battery ran out of juice. OK, now I am completely creeped out by the irony of what happened. Seriously how weird is that?
Actually at this point there isn’t much for me to post about The Late Late Show not paying their electricity bill because I pretty much told you the gist of it in the first sentence? What I can tell you this is not the first time he has done his show in the dark, in 2009 a wind storm caused him to do his CBS talk show the same way. No wonder he negotiated for a better studio in his new contract, but what will he complain about when he is in it???
William Shatner was on The Late Late Show yesterday and he got Craig Ferguson to feel him up. But there was a reason why he wanted the CBS late night host to pat him down. He needed it done so that Captain Kirk could demonstrate his most embarrassing moment. Recently when he was going to fly on a plane, not the USS Enterprise, to South Africa and he made sure that he was wearing very loose clothes so he would get any blood clots from the long flight. Well when TJ Hooker was going through security the bell went off because of his metal hip and he had to have the TSA guy check him out. When the agent was patting him down, he had a Denny Crane moment and his pants fell down. Because he didn’t want to wear anything binding he revealed something that made him scream at Kahn at the agent. If ever he needed Rescue 911, it was at that moment.
But then again am I the only one who wants to know if he has a Big Giant Head as his Third Rock from the Sun???
Steve Carell was on The Late Late Show and half century old Craig Ferguson told the 49 year what is one of the worst things to happen to you when you turn 50…colonoscopies. Then the two funny men went on and on about the experience until they finally talked about how they have to blow air up your rear. At the point the conversation went to a place that got the CBS late night host to admit he actually made himself laugh. And let me tell you what he is so funny that I promise I am not blowing smoke up your a$$ when I tell you you will laugh and laugh.
Jenna Elfman was on The Late Late Show and Craig Ferguson asked her if she would ever get a tattoo. Dharma then told him that she already has one, well actually two in the same area…her ankle. So are you then wondering why would I call it a tramp stamp if it isn’t on the small of her back? That’s because she told the CBS late night host that the Alchemy symbol is upside down, but it is right side up when her legs are up in the air. That sounds pretty trampy to me, and a much better place to get inked.
