Amy and Sheldon do the Big Bang tonight!
December 17th, 2015 under Chuck Lorre, Mayim Bialik. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on The Big Bang Theory, the moment many people have been waiting for is finally going to happen. Amy and Sheldon are going to have coitus.
When I heard about this episode, I was pissed off and thought it would totally suck. Sheldon is all about no intimacy, so I thought him having sex was against everything he stood for. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed tonight’s episode.
Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and the guys are all excited to Star Wars: The Force Awakens on opening night, but it is also Amy’s (Mayim Bialik) birthday. Now he doesn’t know what to do, so Professor Proton (Bob Newhart) comes to him in a dream. The professor tells him to put Amy first, so he does.
Sheldon then asks Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) what he should give Amy for her birthday, and he suggests coitus as one of his options. The girls tell him to go for it and he does. Now, they have to get Amy ready for their big night.
While Amy and Sheldon are having their big night, Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) are having one of their own at Star Wars: The Force Awakes. They bring a special guest with them, that will give the episode its funniest moment. And it is full of plenty of them!
So tune in tonight for The Big Bang Theory’s best episode in many many many years!

Is this Mike & Molly’s final season?
December 13th, 2015 under Chuck Lorre. [ Comments: none ]

Rondi Reed, who plays Mike’s mean mother on Mike & Molly, took to Facebook to announce that not only will the 6th season of the Emmy winning show be the last, but that their episode order was cut from 22 to 13.

Before you hear it elsewhere (and some already have) this is the Final and 6th Season of MIKE & MOLLY on CBS. It is also a shortened season (13 episodes) after the announced full renewal of 22 episodes back in March by the network. We are done taping as of January 27th 2016 and I am not sure exactly when/if the episodes will all be aired. The network has it’s reasons, and I will not get into a debate, discussion, or campaign to get them to change their minds. Other venues were explored by WB and Bonanza Productions (Chuck Lorre) after CBS announced their intentions, but did not turn up a future for our show. It is a fact and we have known for a few weeks. I remain extremely grateful to have been a part of this and to have worked with a fabulous bunch of folks over the years. I have learned a lot about many things, including the Business we call Show. Also grateful for all the fans and for the personal support I have received over the (almost) 6 seasons. Stewart Talent has guided me every step of the way on this journey and for that I am also forever grateful.

I don’t know what CBS is thinking, this show has continuously done well for them even though it never had an air date nor got any publicity. On top of that, it is a much funnier comedy than their unfunny Life in Pieces and Angel From Hell that lives up to the last two words in the title. CBS doesn’t get comedy and I don’t get them. Well, I guess I do. If Mike & Molly was a procedural where Mike and Carl solved murders every week instead of just driving around in their squad car, then it would still be on the air and not filling time while Survivor is on break.
So if you are a fan of the show, make sure to watch on its new night Wednesdays at 8:30p starting on January 6th.

UPDATE: Billy Gardell, who plays Mike, Tweeted that is the last season too. He said, “Mike and Molly returns Jan 6, it will be our last episodes. There are 13 of them. Thank you everyone who supported us. 🙏🙏❤️❤️”

UPDATE: Melissa McCarthy just Tweeted about the cancellation, “I was shocked and heartbroken when @CBS canceled #MikeAndMolly. I would have shot this show for 50 more years. I’ll miss my 2nd family.”

Kaley Cuoco erases Ryan Sweeting from her life
November 24th, 2015 under Chuck Lorre, Kaley Cuoco. [ Comments: 1 ]

Shortly after Kaley Cuoco married Ryan Sweeting, she got their wedding date tattooed on her back. Now that they are getting divorced, she is getting rid of the ink. Along with the photo, she had a little message for all who are thinking about doing the same thing. She said, “Thank you @nero_sct @studiocitytattoo for helping me right my wrongs.. 👍🏼 note to self- do not mark your body with any future wedding dates 😂 #under30mistakes #donttakeyourselftooseriouslykids.” I guess she missed that memo from Eva Longoria. When will celebrities learn don’t get your spouse’s name or wedding date inked on your body and actresses don’t take his last name as your stage name. Because when you get divorced it is painful to remove their name and date from your life.
Now when it comes to the photo, I love how 70s Punk Rock it looks. Rock on!

The Big Bang Theory is shocking its fans with something that is is coming up on December 17th. The show’s Executive Producer Steve Molaro said, “After over five years of dating, we felt the time was right for Sheldon and Amy to finally consummate their relationship, and we’re so excited for the audience to see the journey over the next several episodes.”
And with that, I am done with this declining sitcom. Thank you for giving me a much needed out.

What does The Big Bang Theory cast and crew think of Kaley Cuoco?
November 10th, 2015 under Chuck Lorre, Kaley Cuoco. [ Comments: none ]

Kaley Cuoco eyes were swollen when she showed up to work today, so she put an ice pack on them. As she was sitting on the couch unable to see anything, Jim Parson’s and this week’s director on The Big Bang Theory seemed to be saying with their body language what they really think of her. Good thing she can’t see what they are doing because she might not like it.
Of course they were kidding around because why else would she share the photo. Or maybe they told her they were joking around. What do you think?
