Christian Bale won the Golden Globe tonight for playing Dick Cheney in Vice. The winner then thanked Satan for the “inspiration on how to play this role.”
Now, it seems like we all know that the Devil also inspired him for his past parts in movies like American Psycho, Batman, Transformers, The Machinist and most importantly Newsies.
It all makes sense now, doesn’t it?
In all seriousness, he is a great actor who can transform to be any character they ask to be.
One of the many things that the World has learned over the last few years is that Donald Trump is far from the genius he claims to be. Something Christian Bale already seemed to know for years like most people (including me) from New York City.
When Variety’s Mark Malkin asked the actor on the red carpet of Vice who should play 45 in the eventual biopic, he had an interesting story. Back when Bale was Batman, they were filming in Trump Tower. The businessman saw him and invited him up to his penthouse. When the two men were talking, the Dark Knight felt that Trump actually thought he was Bruce Wayne and not just playing him in the movies. How did he react? What could he do, but just go along with it.
Too bad Bale didn’t go all Transformers on him. Now that would have been hot!
Christian Bale played a stick thin guy in The Machinist, but now his weight has gone the other way for him to play Dick Cheney in Vice. In this photo from the movie that comes out on Christmas Day, you can see what a transformation he underwent to star as the former vice president. You cannot even see any resemblance of the American Psycho here. Most of the time, the eyes give away the actor, but not here. Pretty impressive.

Remember a few years ago when Christian Bale lost his temper on Terminator Salvation’s set, well Dennis Quaid did the same thing on the set of an upcoming production. Unlike Batman’s rant, his was caught on camera and posted on the internet.
The actor screams, “WTF? Keep going? I am acting here and this d!ckhead wanders on to my set. I can’t even get a line out until Dopey the D!ck starts whispering in your ear. You’re not even watching anymore.” A man tries to calm him down, by repeatedly saying his name. He starts up again, “Don’t f*cking Dennis me. I am doing my job here. I am pro. This is the most unprofessional set I have ever been on. This is horsesh!t. I’ve got these f*cking Zombies over here that I have to look at. I have a bunch of pussies staring at me and this f*cking baby. This is garbage.” At this point he walks off the set, but not without two parting words, “Blow me!”
Some are saying this is fake, but I don’t think you can fake that type of anger. What do you think?

Christian Bale is infamous for making himself look like sh!t in movies like The Machinist and The Fighter, but I think his latest transformation for a David O’Russell movie might be his worst one yet. I can live with him putting on an extra few pounds because he can afford it. But the combover look, I will never get used to.
Why can’t he just look sexy in every film he does? Is that too much to ask for?
