When James Corden left The Late Late Show, CBS replaced him with After Midnight.
After two seasons, Taylor Tomlinson quit the game show with comedians to return to comedy. Because of that, CBS cancelled the show.
Today, the network revealed what will be airing after The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Comics Unleashed, a talk show hosted by Byron Allen, will be airing at 12:37a.
“Comics Unleashed is a true passion for me, simply because this world can never have enough laughter,” said Byron Allen, founder/chairman/CEO of Allen Media Group. “I created this show so that the best comedians can all come together and help bring non-stop laughter.”
This is not the first time CU aired on CBS in this timeslot. The show was a filler until After Midnight finally launched.
On Friday, Warner Bros cancelled Judge Mathis’ show after 24 seasons. And today, Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group picked up Mathis Court with Judge Mathis for the fall.
“We at Allen Media Group are proud to add MATHIS COURT WITH JUDGE MATHIS to our amazing portfolio of court shows,” said Byron Allen, Founder/Chairman/CEO of Allen Media Group. “Judge Greg Mathis is an outstanding, charismatic, and iconic television host, and we are extremely confident that our eighth and newest court series with Judge Mathis will be very successful for years to come as he joins our outstanding roster of talent, including Judge Kevin Ross, Judge Mablean Ephriam, Judge Christina Perez, Judge Karen Mills-Francis, Judge Glenda Hatchett, Judge Lauren Lake, and Judge Eboni K. Williams.”
While the show does not have a broadcast home as of now, you will be able to watch it on Allen’s Justice Central channel.
