Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora was arrested yesterday after failing several field sobriety tests when cops pulled him for driving erratically at 11p last night according to OK! Magazine. Sambora was not alone in the car he had three other passengers in the car including his 10 year old daughter Ava, another minor and a woman. Laguna Beach P.D. are actively investigating whether or not to also charge him with endangering a child because he was driving drunk. The other woman drove Ava to back to Heather Locklear's. Sambora was released this morning and his court date is scheduled for May 7th. Hopefully his third stint in rehab will be the charm. Not that he is in rehab, but you know that will be the first statement we will get from his publicist on the matter.
It is bad enough to drive drunk, but with his kid in the car it is time that admitted he has a problem…a really bad one.

Jon Bon Jovi recently sat down with Best Life magazine and did a really in depth and amazing interview with them. In the article he opens up about a lot including the fact that he was addicted to drugs for a short time.
For a short while, he liked drugs and even took it upon himself to deal drugs. “I did the drug thing very young and wised up very young too, because I was into drugs a little too much,” he says. “I mean, I was entrepreneurial even then, buying quarter pounds of dope and trying to make a couple bucks. But then, did you ever smoke dope that was laced with PCP and then have that whole summer of hallucinations? It was f–king awful. I was the guy who bogarted the joint all the time, ran right through the screen door, and was like, ‘Woah!’ I f–ked up, man. That’s good though. That’s why I’ve never been a drug guy. I’ve always felt I didn’t have the mental stability to handle drugs.”
I am so glad he got over that very quickly and we still have the Bon Jovi we know and love today!

Star Magazine is reporting that Richie Sambora has entered the same rehab that Lindsay Lohan is in in Utah. Hopefully this time he will get the help he needs, it seems that that place is doing wonders with Lindsay Lohan.
No word if the two have met each other in rehab, but let's hope they don't start dating.

"Richie Sambora has entered an undisclosed treatment facility in Los Angeles. He asks that you respect he and his family's privacy at this time." his spokesperson told People. It is not known what he is seeking treatment for, but it has been a hard year for him, his divorce with Heather Locklear was finalized the same month his father died of lung cancer and he broke up with Denise Richards. It is also unsure if this will effect how Bon Jovi will publicize the release of their new album om June 19th and their tour to promote it. I just hope he gets better soon. Oh and blame Denise Richards.

|  Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are officially over according to In Touch Weekly. The magazine got a statement from her people that says, "Denise and Richie broke up two months ago." A friend of hers said that "they didn't want to make it public because they lived through public divorces and it was very painful." Although the two broke up, Denise went to visit him in New Jersey when his father past away. "She took the next flight – a red eye – to be with him," says Denise's pal. "She stayed with him in New Jersey for two weeks for the wake and the funeral."
What is interesting is she just did an interview with OK! Magazine and she said that she was still dating him. Oh well let the rumors start on who they are dating now. You know Denise will be linked with everyone.
Somewhere Heather Locklear is buying up all the In Touch Weeklys announcing their split and hanging it up all over her house!
