For all of you fans of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, you finally have something to shout about. That is because Alexis Bledel told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on Thursday that they pitched a script for the third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants to the studio.
Then her costar Amber Tamblyn Tweeted, “Alexis is right. We’ve been pitching and there is a script. A good one. It’s up to a studio now to make the film. So far, no luck. So keep your fingers crossed, or, knock down their doors with jeans emojis.”
So let your fingers do the walking and send Warner Bros. as many jean emojis as you can, so they will the make the movie.
Why they are waiting is beyond me? This franchise has a built-in fan base that it seems like a no-brainer to make it. I mean, how many times can they screw up the DC Universe movies before they will realize that this movie would actually do well?
America Ferrera is the last of the friends from The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants to get pregnant. Therefore, when she did, it was something for all four them to celebrate. Alexis Bledel, Blake Lively and Amber Tamblyn all got together with the Superstore star to feel her growing belly. Now the only thing that would make this photo even better is if they announced that they are working on the third movie of the franchise instead of their 5th child.
Blake Lively has had the same long blonde hair ever since Gossip Girl, but now she was spotted with short black hair. Did she drastically change up her look? Only temporarily with a wig for a movie called The Rhythm Section, but I think she could consider making it permanent. Doesn’t the darker hair color really work on her?
Blake Lively is so fashionable, that you sometimes see her make several outfit changes throughout the day. Yet today, the mother of 2 was spotted walking around Dublin looking like a complete clashing mess. So has motherhood finally gotten to the Gossip Girl? Nope, she is filming a spy movie called The Rhythm Section. Good thing for her, her husband Ryan Reynolds likes the look because that is a divorcable offense in Hollywood.

The other day Blake Lively reportedly went off on a reporter who asked her who she was wearing at the Variety’s Power of Women Event. According to Variety the Gossip Girl told the reporter, “Are we really doing this? Would you ask a man that?.” Then she added, “…become more aware, and that we change, and that we build a women up. So, you can ask me another question.”
Yet yesterday, she posted photos from the event on Instagram and made sure to mention everyone she was wearing. If she didn’t want answer fashion questions, then you can’t go on Instagram and post all of that information. It makes your point null and void. Makes you look like a hypocrite. Don’t you agree?
I don’t care who someone wears, but other people do. If you are going to walk a red carpet, no matter which one, then you are going to be asked that question and you are expected to answer. It takes 10 seconds, just answer it. I just think it is a stupid thing to make a stance over, especially when it is a given.
When you are a celebrity of her status, people are going to want to know who she’s wearing, what she thinks about her husband Ryan Reynolds, how are the kids, will there be a Gossip Girl reunion and when are we going to get a a third installment of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The rest is just a few lines in a story, if that! She should know this by now, especially since she grew up in a Hollywood family. In other words, I think she needs to get over yourself!
