Who does David Fynn want to play his Undateable Live boyfriend?
December 4th, 2015 under Bill Lawrence. [ Comments: none ]

David Fynn plays Brett, the very out bartender on the hilarious Undateable Live, yet I don’t ever remember seeing him with a boyfriend on the show. So out of all of the actors in Hollywood, who does he want to play his love interest? After some thought, he told us at a recent press day for the sitcom that airs live tonight at 8p Eastern and Pacific, “Channing Tatum could turn me anyway.” Then he explained why, “I once saw a GQ cover of Channing Tatum that stopped me in my tracks. I was like, whoa. I think that Channing Tatum is pretty hot.” Then Ron Funches, who plays Shelly, chimed in with a suggestion of his own, “What about Dave Franco?” Then he added, “He’s like that other Franco, but not as dumb in the face.” You know what, the not as dumb looking Franco brother and Brett would be so cute together. Hopefully the show can make that happen.
Maybe they can convince him to come on Undateable Live, by showing him the above video on how the cast gets ready for the show minutes before they go live on national television. Bianca Kajlich is naked, Brent Morin is downing alcohol from the bottle, Funches is playing video games, Chris D’Elia is trying to light his farts on fire in a position I’ve seen in the Kama Sutra and finally there’s Rick Glassman who didn’t have any lines and Bridgit Medler who didn’t know her lines seconds before air. I am surprised more actors aren’t begging to be on this show with a cast like this one.
If the cast is like this before the show even gets started, imagine what it is like when it does? It’s even crazier, so tune in Fridays at 8p for a live experience that is out of this world.

Undateable and U2 cancelled their live shows in honor of Paris
November 13th, 2015 under Bill Lawrence, U2. [ Comments: none ]

Today’s terrorist attacks in Paris has the world mourning along with the City of Light, and because of that NBC decided to cancel the live tapings of tonight’s Undateable. Executive Producer Bill Lawrence explained the decision on Twitter, “#UndateableLive No live comedy tonight. Not a funny day. #PrayForParis”
Although we need to escape from this horror, today is too soon.
So is tomorrow and because of that U2 and HBO have decided to cancel tomorrow’s live concert from Paris.
Today and for the time being, continue to pray for Paris because they cannot get of it.

Ron Funches and his Undateable mini-me
November 2nd, 2015 under Bill Lawrence, Ron Funches. [ Comments: none ]

Last week, we saw the cast of Undateable dressed up for Halloween as a Centaur, Winne the Pooh, the Captain from the Titanic, Pizza Rat, Jewish Wolverine and sexy Steve Jobs, and this week we are getting to see them as lovable puppets. Ron Funches, who is already a lovable puppet, modeled his mini-me and it is too awwwwdorable for words.
If this is what this week’s episode on NBC is going to be like, then Friday at 8p can’t come soon enough. Plus, it will be interesting to see if this week’s prop will mess them up during the live show. It is so much fun to watch them crack up uncontrollably during the live show. In case you didn’t know, Undateable is live every week. The only scripted show that has been able to say that in over 20 years.

Need another reason to watch Undateable?
October 24th, 2015 under Bill Lawrence, Ron Funches. [ Comments: none ]

via Ron Funches
Undateable is the first sitcom in over 20 years to go live for a full season, and that should be enough of a reason to get you to watch. But there are many more reasons to check out this highlarious show. It is the funniest and most relatable comedy on television today is another reason. What about the fact that they are using social media to interact with their fans 7 days a week? In fact, they are taking interacting with us so seriously, that they actually have a cell phone you can call to speak to someone from that show. That’s right, if you dial (313) 525-2014, someone from the show will pick up.
Still not sure if you want to want to watch this show every Friday at 8p on NBC after all of that, what about how sexy David Fynn looks wearing just the phone number to call. That is actually more than he normally wears on the show. Tuning in now, aren’t you?
