Seriously who dresses Beyonce and her sister Solange and tell them that they look good? Seriously those Fringe sunglasses are the dumbest shades I have ever seen and we have all seen some really weird sunglasses. And what is up with those hat and makeup?

When did Beyonce's hip get so wide load? Who the heck dressed her in the GA outfit…her sister Solange Knowles? Plus who came up with that Edward Scissorhands Michael Jackson one glove look? Too bad Mr Blackwell passed away because her and her sister should be topping the Worst Dressed List.
