Brylcreem has announced their Best and Worst Celebrity Hairstyle Awards for the year and according to New Magazine Peter Andre has the best hair while Simon Cowell has the worst.

I wonder if Simon will finally do something different with his hair do that he has had forever, now that he has earned the title worst hairstyle? How did Simon Cowell lose out to Russell Brand because at least the American Idol judge uses brush unlike Katy Perry’s boyfriend. And when it comes to Peter who knew leaving Jordan would do wonders for his hair and for Alex Reid dating her would do the opposite. BTW how didn’t David Beckham not make both lists because he has both good and bad hairstyles.

Christina Applegate was seen filming her new movie Going the Distance and looks like her hair is doing the title movie. Seriously betwen the length and the bleached locks doesn't she look like she did when she was Kelly Bundy on Married..With Children? The only difference is she is wearing more clothes then she did then.

WTF was Carmen Electra thinking when she actually asked someone to do that to her hair? There is a reason why some of the hairstyles of the '80s never left the decade and looking at her you can see why that one stayed there. Didn't she learn anything from Rosie O'Donnell when she got that same look a few years ago and everyone made fun of her for it.

Amy Adams was sick of being a fashion puppet after Awards season that she decided to do something drastic according to OK!
"I think as an actress you feel like you don't have ownership of your physical being because everyone has something to say. After awards season, you feel really judged.
"I know it sounds really juvenile, but in a way you start to feel like a child, and you rebel. I rebelled by cutting off my hair."
But the drastic image makeover wasn't as irresponsible as it sounds – Adams made sure her haircut was OK with the director of her new movie Leap Year: "I just had to tell Anand Tucker that I did it."
To be honest when I read this story yesterday, I thought her was going to be a lot shorter than it is. But either way I think she looks great with shorter hair or longer locks.
