Aaron Carter is no stranger to falling in love fast. After an impromptu marriage proposal in September to Kari Ann Peniche, his girlfriend of just a few days (they called it off six days later), the House of Carters star has been swept off his feet again. Carter, who turned 19 on Dec. 7, celebrated his birthday Friday night at Shag in Hollywood with his twin sister, Angel. And on his arm was 18-year-old Kaci Brown, a singer who opened for the Backstreet Boys during their 2005 summer tour. "Now I’m in a great relationship. I’ve only known her for, like, seven days, but I have a connection with her that’s like nothing else I’ve ever experienced," he told PEOPLE. "It’s really amazing." Brown, a good friend of Angel’s, and Carter began their romance in Miami last week while celebrating his birthday. Asked what Brown gave him for his big day, Carter replied: "She got me love." And now that he’s older and wiser, Carter says he’s learned a lesson or two about love. "There’s a lot of things I’m gonna change – me for one," he said. "Love shouldn’t be about jealousy or anything like that. It should be about commitment and being able to trust that person. If you can’t have that from the get-go, there’s a problem. When it comes to relationships, I think I’m pretty experienced – you’d be surprised." He’s even met the parents: Before the party at Shag, Brown’s family invited Carter over for dinner. "It was so funny – Aaron told them not to worry," Brown told PEOPLE. "He’s just one of the sweetest most genuine people I’ve ever met. He’s so talented and it’s inspiring." What did Angel say about her friend dating her twin brother? "She encouraged it," said Carter. "She wanted us to go to Vegas and get hitched!"

SEX video star Paris Hilton turned out to be a total flop in bed once the cameras stopped rolling — because she was so wasted on drugs. In an exclusive interview with the News of the World the millionairess’s ex, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, revealed: "She was a drunken prude who as far as I can see did not really like sex. "She relied on drugs and drink to give her confidence in the bedroom and was more often than not too wasted to even perform. "I lost count of the nights I had to pick her off the floor and drag her to bed passed out." Nick, 26, was not surprised when two weeks ago we published pictures of her at a Milan fashion show with what appeared to be cannabis in her make-up bag. He claims she was so hooked on the drug she’d even smuggle it on to aeroplanes — in TEDDY BEARS. "If she was going overseas she’d cut a hole in her teddy and stuff it with cannabis," he said. "She had to have her own private stash with her at all times regardless of the consequences." But Nick admits the first time he clapped eyes on the 25-year-old hotel heiress— best known for appearing in an explicit sex tape with another ex Rick Saloman — he thought she was anything but shy. "She made it clear she wanted to have sex and couldn’t keep her hands off me," he said. "At the start she loved to tease me by saying she wasn’t wearing any pants. But because I know Paris is used to getting what she wants when she wants, I was determined to make her wait, which drove her wild with desire. "In fact I held out for three weeks before I had sex with her. "We’d flown to the Bahamas and I wanted everything to be perfect. But Paris got completely wasted and the sex was distinctly average as we were both too drunk to really enjoy it. It was just a blur of Jack Daniel’s." However the pair were so besotted, Nick had her name tattooed on his wrist and she had his inscribed on her bottom. But Paris’s vast wealth started to come between them. Nick said: "In reality I think she loved me because she thought, with all her money, she could control me. "But I’ve never met anybody who can spend so needlessly. One day she even came home with a pair of FERRETS, which are illegal in California. I think she had simply run out of things to buy." Nick, whose fly-on-the-wall show House Of Carters is aired on satellite channel E! from Sunday November 6, said: "At the start it was lovely being looked after by a girl, but it began to tear us apart. "All she wanted to do was drink and smoke and for a while I was lured into that whole scene too. "Night after night we’d just get utterly wasted and Paris can’t take her drink. I’d be pulling her off nightclub floors, with her wearing next to nothing, and putting her to bed totally off her head."

NICK Carter says he decided to fight fire with fire when he learned that Paris Hilton was rampantly cheating on him with Sophia Bush’s fiancé, Chad Michael Murray – so he waited until she jetted off to Australia and then jumped into bed with Ashlee Simpson. The former Backstreet Boy revealed his revenge tactic when he and his kid brother Aaron visited Page Six yesterday to promote their E! show, "House of Carters," on their way to an Us Weekly luncheon "I’d fallen head over heels with this chick. Then, all of a sudden, three months go by and I got people telling me, ‘Nick, you know what Paris is doing to you,’ and I got a little upset," Carter related. "So then I just decided to fight back a little bit and started doing my own thing again. The result is I hooked up with Ashlee Simpson. When Paris came back from Australia, they talked to each other and she found out about it. "So I brought it up to her and said, ‘You know what I did, and now it’s your turn. Why don’t you tell me what you did.’ And she goes, ‘I never did anything! I never cheated on you.’ I had kind of started to really like Ashlee and I was thinking about the dating stage, then, before you know it [bleep]ing bitch-face comes back." Carter, 26, told us he has no regrets, but still has a bitter taste in his mouth about Hilton. "I got so burnt over that whole Paris [bleep] with all this swinging and switching. Whatever happened to morals and values?" asked Nick, who’s now working on a highly anticipated Backstreet Boys reunion album: "We’ve done about half of it so far." Meanwhile, Aaron, 19, who has a new album due in February, says his own shotgun engagement last year to Playboy Playmate Kari Ann Peniche, who’d previously dated Nick, failed because he just wasn’t ready to settle down. "It was just a big mess. She was pretty upset, but I just realized I made a mistake," he said. And it wasn’t a cheap mistake. While he never got her an engagement ring, "I bought her earrings for $10,000," Aaron confided. "And I need to get ‘em, back. I need to get ‘em back!" Good luck with that.

NICK Carter, 26, will never forget the first girl he had sex with – because she grew up to become the infamous blond Florida teacher who bedded a 13-year-old student. The former Backstreet Boy told Howard Stern on Sirius Satellite Radio yesterday that he dated Debbie LeFave, 23, for 18 months when they were classmates, and busted up with her when he learned from pals "she had cheated on me with a girl." He kept quiet when the scandal broke because, "my publicist is like, stay as far away from that [bleep] as you can." Carter also discussed his sex sessions with Paris Hilton. "In the very beginning, you know, she was literally cleaning my carpet in my apartment . . . trying to act all domesticated," he related. "And then, before you know it, a month or two goes by and it’s back to the old nose up in the air and who are you?" Of all the women he’s slept with, LeFave was "probably No. 1. But maybe that’s just because it was my first. Actually a lot of the girls I’ve just had the best sex with or best anything with have been just normal girls." Carter is blabbing now to promote his new show E! show, "House of Carters."

Aaron Carter has called off his engagement to actress Kari Ann Peniche, 22, after just one week, the singer confirms to Us Weekly. "I got caught up in the moment and proposed. I then realized it was a hasty thing to do and I am not ready for marriage quite yet," Carter, 18, tells the magazine exclusively. A source close to the star of the upcoming E! reality series House of Carters says, "They are just going to be friends now. She still wants to keep dating him but Aaron is not quite sure. He was trying to appease her but came to his senses and realized it was the wrong thing to do." Us also broke the news last week that Carter proposed to Peniche, an ex-girlfriend of his older brother, Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter, onstage in Las Vegas on September 16.
