Simpson and Stewart were convicted of conspiracy, burglary, kidnapping, robbery and assault.

Mackenzie Phillips was busted today for suspicion of possession of cocaine and heroine at LAX today according to the LA Tmes.
“During a secondary screening process she was found in possession of what appeared to about a small amount of heroin and cocaine,” said Los Angeles Airport Police Sgt. Jim Holcomb. “She was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and transported to the airport station.”
Phillips, 48, was arrested about 10 a.m. during a baggage screening by Transportation Security Administration officials in Terminal 4 of LAX, Holcomb said.
So sad, I thought she finally kicked a habit she has been so open about. Hopefully she will get the help she needs.
Da Brat was sentenced to three years in prison today for striking a woman with a rum bottle at an Atlanta-area nightclub last year according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The Judge also gave her 7 years probation and 200 hours of community service.
Da Brat plead guilty for striking the woman who was hospitalized and suffered permanent facial scarring.
About six members of Harris’s family wept when a sheriff’s deputy took her into custody.

Hairspray's innocent looking Nikki Blonsky ain't that innocent. Her and her dad were arrested for getting into a brawl with one of those America's Next Top Model losers that no one cares about and her family according to TMZ.
Cops tell us the two got into an "altercation" in the departure lounge at the Providenciales airport in the Turks and Caicos islands in the Caribbean — and by altercation, we hear it was an all-out family brawl! A spy at the airport that day tells us the fight was over saving seats in the lounge — Nikki was saving five seats for her fam, and Bianca's family wanted to sit. That's when we're told the huge fight erupted — with the entire families on both sides throwing down, yelling and cursing. The action got so bitchtastic, says another spy, that one member of the Golden team actually bit Nikki's foot. Tyra would be so proud!
Nikki and Bianca were both charged with assault and were both released on $6,000 bail. Nikki is due back in an island court on December 1, while Bianca is due back on September 17.
Nikki's father, Carl Blonsky, and Bianca's mother, Eleine Golden, were also allegedly involved in the fight. Bianca's mother was airlifted to Florida with a head injury, and Miami CBS affiliate WFOR reports that she is currently being cared for in the ICU of a Florida hospital. Mr. Blonsky was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and is currently being held at a Turks and Caicos jail where he will remain until August 8.

Shia LaBeouf was injured in a car accident this morning and was arrested for suspicion of DUI when cops smelled alcohol on his breath according to KCBS.
The traffic accident at La Brea and Fountain avenues occurred about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Aloma said. Los Angeles city fire spokesperson Ron Myers said two ambulances transported at least three people to area hospitals, after being dispatched to the scene of the accident at 2:24 a.m.Aloma said at some point during the traffic accident, the truck rolled over a few times.
Aloma said she had no description of the other vehicle, but did say the female motorist — the lone occupant inside that vehicle — was treated and released at an area hospital.
LaBeouf's passenger was also treated and released from an area hospital.Aloma said the charges were filed "because of the alcohol on his breath and person, and there were signs of intoxication."

Shia went into surgery at 9a for injures he sustained to his left hand. I smell rehab in his future.
It will be interesting to see if Steven Spielberg will be dropping his prodigy from his upcoming movies like Transformers 2 after his second arrest for intoxication in a year.
